| A great start to the third season. That last scene was so scary. I knew something like that's gonna happen but it still felt so scary. Very creepy. Great direction there. Subaru is traumatized once again. Can't wait for more. |

Can someone remind me wtf happened in season 2 cause I cannot remember at all, should I watch all of season 2 again to get caught up or is there an episode to start and go to the end of season 2 so I can remember..or will this episode get me up to speed again? I have yet to watch.

| Omg they still can make well made anime these days. THAT WAS AMAZING. Just the fact we get 1h 30m long first episode, Re:zero got all love it deserved. It was worth the wait. |

| Amazing episode as always :) The Subaru/Beako relationship is just too cute, it feels wrong that this show made me feel happy Nice to see the side characters return since we haven't seen them since the start of season 2 (Assuming they appeared in season 2 at all) Subaru rapping gave me Hikigaya Oregairu flashbacks (In a good way) idk why I thought Reinhard and Wilhelm were related before this but I guess it's canon now I had a suspicion that something was off since this episode was a but too happy. That ending did NOT dissapoint 5/5 episode can't wait to see Subaru suffer some more! (Though I don't know how I can wait another week)  |

| PEAK IS BACK!! Normalizing 90 minutes first episode for Anime!! A lot of characters building of peoples we known from previous episode. But damn i wasn't ready for Wilhelm and Reinhard family reveal, and also the GOAT himself Kenjiro Tsuda voicing Reinhard father? Of course it's not Re:Zero if there is no fuckery going on. That ending, once again Subaru is suffering. There you go, this is Subaru i am familiar with, he can't be happy lol |

| Bro I love Re Zero but 80 minutes of non-stop yapping is just criminal... I mean sure, dialogues are well written and I really like most of these characters, sets up important dynamics for the future but it was hard to sit through. It's just "lore dump" after "flashback" after "remember it's going to be important later". Episode is carried by the ending entirely. Still- White Fox are GOATS by delivering 90 min long first episode, my issue is mostly with the LN- it should be fine in book format, but it's too boring for 1,5 hour movie. At least we can get all of this out of the way early. |

| After watching HALF of the movie, i mean, first episode: - THANK GOD Re:Zero is not a comedy-SOL, because the author is just horrible doing this. I love Re:Zero but again I asked myself: WHY? Then I remember: oh, it's because of the part of the story where shit gets real. But before that happens, come on! The jokes and gags are all forced, out of place, Subaru is annoying, the comical characters (Otto, Garf, the little furry, the Bard girl) just amplify the annoyance. Emilia is bland as ever, but compared to the others she is a relief. The only one i could give some praise is Beako after becoming Subaru's pokemon. Once she was just 100% annoying, but now that she is being friendly, but still sarcastic, omg, waaay better. Now let me watch the other half, and i'm rooting for the 1st tragedy. |

| The ending was amazing, I remembered why i rated this anime so high as soon as the crazy shit started to happen, is just so bizarre how they get you into a sense of security and then boom you get knocked out with an uppercut, this season of anime is looking amazing. |

| Muse Asia dropped the first episode just around yesterday. Great episode! I love the SoL in it. But it suddenly turned dark... as always. Emilia bumped into an archbishop, then Subaru got killed by another one. That was horrifying. I'd really love it if each episode is 1 hour of time ๐๐๐ I don't have a lot of time, so... P.S. Their outfits and designs are as lovely as ever. Emilia's bathrobe was also lovely... (hoh, there's no bath scene...)  |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| Baffled at the score this has here. I know sequel bias is at play here but even so come on.... The first 2/3 of the episode was boring, endless dialogue and introducing or reintroducing characters that may or may not end up being relevant at the end of the story. There's too many of them for sure and half of them are too campy or over the top. And well, Subaru is still the same old Subaru. He's always gong to be a bit of cringefest . Yes, the ending delivered in spades, but that was like 5 minutes of goodness in a 90 minute package. |
