| I just noticed, in this season, they broke the 4th wall multiple times, something that I don't remember happening in the previous one, Lemon calling the mob nameless characters and like two episodes ago Rhyo said something about the narrator. Fully embracing the parody genre almost ala Gintama. Anyway, as usual it's very entertaining. Hope it gets a sequel soon. 8 |

| Solid mini beach episode segment, a solid mini segment on the written portion that I was wondering when it would happen, and an even better dive into the world building post Academy attack. Overall, not too bad an ending episode. Can't wait for the next season! |

| After all of the madness seen before, a beach episode as the season finale? Just kidding (well, not totally). And to finish this, a extremely mad episode (a weird version of break the watermelon, the headmaster on the beach too, two familiar faces from season 1 returning after a long time, Mash himself running away from study and exams in a unexpected out of character moment, the angry mob, Lemon actually doing something useful, Dot Barrett pretending to be his agent and making the situation worse) But once again it was a season not less entertaining than 1, even for someone like me who never had too much interest in the (spoofed) source material. 8/10, will return for more if announced also thanks to italian dub. |

| This season was at least somewhat better, but they're relatively feel the same. Ik comedy is a hit or miss but I found some being a hit and some a miss and the storyline abt Mash's true father did excite me up. I'll return for the 3rd season whenever that comes out thanks to the improvement on the storyline. 8/10 |

| There was more humour in this episode than the last four or five episodes combined, and it just so happens it's also better than the aforementioned episodes too, which shows you what this series can do when it properly capitalises on its strong suits. Lemon's declaration of faith, and subsequent vow to share Mash's punishment, was also an appreciably endearing gesture. Even the camaraderie with Mash's friends in helping him study there did more for their characters than most of the rest of the season did, and this was in an episode that barely took itself even half as seriously as all the "high-stakes" battles that went on before this. Unfortunately, a majority of this season was wasted on the most formulaic battle shounen narrative elements you could conceive of, and neither the plot nor the combat had any real intrigue because of the predictability of it. Beyond that, many of the side characters got relegated to nothing more than glorified cheerleader duty, or they were made caricatures of themselves that only had a single defining trait (which were present before, but never overly prominent) to broadcast. |

| I just enjoyed Lemon-chan and Dot this episode I dont know what it is about this series but it is so weirdly inconsistent in humour. Most jokes are just not even remotely funny in execution and some are hilarious. Action is fun but due to the silliness you of course cant really take it seriously because you know the plot will be extra predictable Mash will be unbeatable and nothing that bad will happen to anyone. If it was more consistently funny it would be a pretty great series. It just keeps me interested enough to keep watching. I might not watch next upcoming season if im around but i also dont feel i want to avoid it either. |

| Somehow magicians throwing pebble at someone is a pretty good representation of this show overall, there really wasn't too much magic in this. Was there even a single female character using magic this season? It feels like Lemon is even more useless than Sakura and the whole tournament was a sausage fest. Aside from the lack of a diverse cast, we also have the antagonist who's just a collection of other popular antagonists thrown into one character who makes the magic system as a whole seem completely stupid. I don't know why I'm still watching this boring show tbh. 4/10 |
| This season was even worse than the first one. The exam had some interesting parts but that was it. The whole Innocent Zero arc was filled with some really lazy dumbed down writing. I enjoyed the fighting animation but really struggled with the character's stupidity. The villains made no sense with their actions. Seeing as Mashle is a key component to Innocent Zero's immortality, I expected Innocent Zero to take the kidnapping operation a bit more seriously. Do more planning. Bring more people. Instead, dude got punched in the face and decides to peace out of there. And the monster thing he left behind was a useless blob that got tossed and instantly died. The good guys weren't much better. Being advertised the whole show as "Divine Visionaries", top of the magic world, best of the best. And we watch them struggle the whole arc against useless filler mobs. Then when the time comes to start searching, instead of teleporting around like they do when showing off, they run around and slowly fly on their brooms. |

| If you take the One Punch Man, equip him with the brains of The Mask (green) and put him in Hogwarts, you'll get "Mashle". But you have to do it in a way that doesn't look like a hodgepodge of delirium. The authors did an excellent job. It was a hilarious collection of parodies in which the story is not forgotten, the art is not bad, and the electro beats dropping are very damn good. Although, it seems, fantasy, why the electronic music? And here it is. Of course it is not a masterpiece, parody and comedy of this kind will never be. But it is quite capable of rising to the top of the average bar, which it has done. A great thing has emerged. I recommend watching it. And of course I'm looking forward to the next season. P.S. I would have liked a bit more romance, since the bride is available, but I know there is no time for it, and the basis hardly touches it. It's even possible to spoil it. But it's still a shame. |
