Just cuz one is critical of certain elements of a thing doesn't mean they necessarily hate it outright tbh as a LOT of people can be critical of things they do enjoy. | I like hentai but not ecchi, no prejudice against people who do I just don’t think ecchi shows are good usually so don’t seek them out I’ve seen more people outright hate the genres rather than the people who watch them—which they have every right to their personal taste never felt discrimination (very extreme word for this in general) based on me liking hentai, in my personal/love life it’s been a fun thing and online it’s irrelevant |

If all someone does is constantly talk about the things they like about ecchi/hentai, that's the equivalent to some people walking in on their parents having hardcore sex all the time. |
