| The highlight of the series remains how the Anime transforms the craven, creepshow Ayanokouji of the LNs into a calm and collected sociopath. Sadly, it can't do as much to raise up the increasingly fantastical event developments here as it did in previous seasons. |
| I liked the episode overall, Ayanokoji from what I understand this season is he has his future figured out but he wants to enjoy his 3 years in school to the fullest. Really excited to what's coming next. |

| It seems like even Ayanokouji isn't confident to what extent he's treating Kei as a "disposable" tool in the end. Is he just convincing himself that he has no emotional connection to anyone, or is this a case of him displaying some inward longing for intimacy? This was a significant improvement over the first two seasons, from my perspective. Perhaps that deliberate angst that it was radiating before started to dissipate by now, with most of the characters adopting more nuanced personalities than the monodimensional archetypes they sometimes appeared to be veering into prior. Of course, there were still some tacky elements and tropes flying around occasionally, but they were less noticeable. |

| I thought we'd get that confession earlier in the season. Well, at least I got to see it. Knew beforehand from spoilers a long time ago. That narration from Ayanokouji at the end was kinda funny to me idk why hahaha. Was hoping I'd see a fight scene this season, unlucky. 9/10 |
