now matter how parody/joking/making fun of OP/invinsible characters an isekai is supposed to be, nothing bores me more than MCs that can't lose or even take an L lol

at least we got some bad girls... its pretty rare we get groups of them nowadays, usually its one girl and a group of dudes which i fucking hate so seeing the reverse is a blessing

especially the "i can do anything"/ "as soon as i appear the threat is dealt with" type characters

That's kind of the point of the parody here though: that, in spite of how invincible he is, he can't do anything, he can literally only do one thing - kill people. Which is a horribly unhelpful resolution to most problems, that often just creates further problems - but he has no other choice as he's just a weak regular human outside of his killing ability. Thereby allowing the series to have a protagonist who is OP while still making fun of the premise of OP protagonists as instead of solving all his problems easily like they normally do, here the MC just continually creates more and more every time he uses his power, yet has no choice but to continue using it anyway. Obviously you still don't have to like it, but that's basically the whole point of the series.

Anyway, I've not actually finished the episode yet, I just came here to interject before I forget, because it's straight up misleading - Yogiri's line "Getting tired lets me use it as much as I want" is almost definitely a mistranslation. I couldn't fully make out the Japanese being spoken there, but I'm pretty sure it should have been something like "I can use it as much as I want, no matter how tired I get." There are no limits to how many times he can use it, but he definitely doesn't power up from getting more tired or anything silly like that translation implied.

Edit: Well, now I've finished the episode, I feel like there were some more translation mistakes but I didn't want to keep pausing and replaying bits so I can't remember exactly where now.
Anyway, after 3 episodes I feel like this anime... isn't great, unfortunately. I'm still enjoying it well enough, but it's nowhere near the quality of the novels or the manga. The killing ice scene was good, and I liked the goofy little chomping face on the telephone, but then we get the cockroach scene which just looked so stupid. I also seriously want to question whoever was in charge of sound direction, we got yet another irritating voice now with the bug-guy Tachibana beat.

This is pretty shit so far, incredibly bland. The change up/twist to this Isekai with the instakill ability, could probably be better executed in a better series with a better writer behind it.

This show is just so random especially now with zombies added to the mix at this point it wouldn't surprise me if we see tanks and other stuff just randomly thrown in

Vampires, Dragons, Mechs, controlling cockroaches, killing ice...now zombies and we're only on episode 3. This show is ridiculous in the best way.

Eh, it's somewhat entertaining so far but very random as they have combined more different scenarios in this episode such as a modern day large city and a zombie apocalypse. Oh, and apparently Yogiri can also "kill" non-living things such as wands too.

The loli didn't seem hostile. I really hope nothing bad happens to her, and that she ends up being a part of their team.

On the night the Hanabusa, a town resembling Japan, was visited by the Black Shadow, they reunited with their classmate Yuki Tachibana. Soon after the reunion, Tomochika was proposed by Tachibana to become his mistress. Perplexed, she declined the invitation, and the matter was left unresolved. In the following days, Tomochika found herself at the hotel with nothing to do. Meanwhile, Mokomoko sensed that someone harbored hostility towards Tomochika.

Yuki's got everything in order – a good position, a devoted group, and personal strength. It's just a shame he's not the main character. You'd think it's obvious where things are heading for him, but the way it plays out is kind of irritating. I can't decide if I should be happy or frustrated. And it's kind of scary that the only one who accepted the gift and is still a decent person is an immortal vampire who doesn't think highly of people.

His classmates are just terrible. They don't seem to have any moral compass.
