| cozmez is undeniably the most intriguing group within Paradox Live. This is evident in the heated debate between Kanata and Allen regarding the essence of hip-hop. According to Kanata, hip-hop serves as the ultimate equalizer, even though he occasionally falls into hypocrisy in his pursuit of it. This sentiment mirrors the struggles in the United States from the 1980s onwards, where hip-hop was a means of asserting presence, refusing to be overlooked. Kanata challenges Allen, emphasizing that he hasn't experienced the hardships of poverty. Therefore, according to Kanata, Allen hasn't earned the right to be a rapper. While everyone faces their own challenges, they may not always be immediately visible, existing in a realm not easily perceived. This is likely where viewers may find a weakness in Kanata's argument. With Cat’s Whiskers and Akanyatsura yet to weigh in, we're left to make their own decisions about whom to support, perhaps in the upcoming episodes. |

| I had seen the episode much before BUT I found out that Crunchy has not put the episode in English sub, which is ugly. We meet Comzez and his struggles as well as desires, which is the name of the episode (And the first Battle...seriously, why the hell did whoever made the episode ignore the BAE song that is Ambitious from this battle and only play Get It from Cozmez? explain!) Here there is a clash of visions, the vision of Kanata who is bitter about the experiences that he and Nayuta suffered since they were children (Because YES, Cozmez is the one who has the worst past of all since they suffered a lot! Listen to Ain't no love, which explains very good that) and Allen's vision of wanting to be free no matter what anyone tells you while, we see his trap reaction that is linked to his greatest trauma. The opening is brutal! Just as I thought, it is a Rap Guerrilla suitable for anime and finally Buraikan has his fourth song which is his ending song. |

| cozmez episode wooo.. their song at the end was fire, but nothing will beat back off for me tbh. kanata is kind of an ass, but i see where hes coming from. cgi looks goofy but it doesnt change my enjoyment lol |
| ooooohhh i like how theyre kinda following the drama tracks w this weeks ep being desire and next weeks being justice!!! i love how they animated allen's trap reaction with the flames and all the other stuff,, the art is v cool!! i also like how it shows everyone responds to trap reactions in different ways, like allen having a full on panik attack and throwing up, hajun just feeling like an emotionless shell and anne lying in bed thinking about their past. having a cozmez focus is fun too ^w^ im rly looking forward to the next bae focus tho,, also some ryu screentime cuz he hasnt done anything yet!!! theres a lot i wanna say but my hands r getting tired and i dont wanna accidently spoil the drama tracks/future eps somehow so uhhh last thing- the op and ed r awesome!!! |

| This is really my first interaction with PL, before the anime I just listen to like... two songs I think. Then the Phantom Metal have that side effect, ok, but then... I didn't understard why keep using it if the side effects is that radical in some users? Allen seems to have a deep hard trauma, if he wanted to be free from all that why don't just do music normally without using the metal? Since it side effects looks pretty harsh on him. |

| Out of all the groups in the Paradox Live franchise, cozmez is easily the one I listen to the least, and unfortunately this episode didn't really make me care for them as characters either. For now I have nothing against Nayuta, but Kanata on the other hand had me gritting my teeth. Contradictions are a humane attribute, but the way he was written in this episode just felt unnatural. It was hypocritical of him to preach about the purpose and ideals of hip-hop while simultaneously going against those very principles by judging other people superficially. Even though he somewhat redeemed himself for it, the whole conflict just felt forced and left a bad taste in my mouth... I guess I shouldn't raise my expectations too high for multimedia lore, lmao. |

I got the impression it's meant to represent use of drugs for performance enhancement. Without the metal their performance wouldn't be as good visually which is part of the act, which doesn't really make sense in hip-hop but let's just assume this is a different world where visual performance is a bigger part of it. |

i didn’t realise paralive anime only watchers wouldn’t get the story. they use phantometals to create illusions and make their performances better. the side effects of the phantometal is reliving their trauma

| Kanata x Allen is cute, songwriters bonding was really cute. Cozmez has an interesting background and I look forward to seeing what their happy ending may look like. The phantometal reaction trap is compelling too, Allen has the most severe fast acting from, wonder what Kanata and Nayuta may be Think BAE has the better songs but this one is catchy |

| Kanata being annoying for most of the episode. He takes something from a whole other culture and then tries to decide for himself who gets to use it. Get out. Bye. Severely lacking in the history of hip hop and rap too. Like dang dude, people used to rap just for funsies too-- it wasn't always about rebellion. At least Nayuta had some sense and was chill. I don't even really like BAE's music but I'm not over here like, oh they shouldn't be making it. It's either you like it or not unless they were just being straight up disrespectful or something, but no they love their craft so Kanata can just lay off. Nayuta all good though. Still squinting at those designer clothes and such though. Just reminds me of the people I'd grow up with. Always hollering broke, could barely pay rent, but but sure could afford Disneyland passes and such. Priorities, man. Meanwhile, it's a little odd to have this whole phantom metal thing. Like if it's that bad then maybe stop using it? Like use your raw skills and hire a pyrotechnic or something, dang. And it's weird because they made it seem like the show was significantly hindered without the phantom metal but it's like... a weird message to send out. Seriously, just work on your craft. Reminds me of Tribe Cool Crew with the whole dangerous style of dancing thing where it was contributing to injuries and such even if it looked cool af.
