| Hmm, a centaur girl...not going to lie, that towel scene made me face palm. Even worse, Blade just came in without a shred of shame. Tbh, this episode is kind of all over the place but the giant bird and egg took the cake. Blade looked like a comic relief than a main character and that 'fight' looked almost like a meme. |

| Hm, this horse character certainly makes up for some "special scenes" now does it. During his day off, Blade ventured into the town and came across Dione, a centaur hailing from the Centaur tribe. Dione possesses the upper body of a woman and the lower body of a horse. In the past, she had served as Blade's "companion" during his hero days, and they shared a history of acquaintance. Dione had brought along some baggage to the academy, which was eventually revealed to contain the fabled Simurgh bird's egg. It came to light that the king had taken the egg from the bird's nest to ensure the successful hatching of this precious creature. Subsequently, Blade and his companions embarked on a mission to hatch the egg while skillfully evading the eagerly chasing Simurgh. This endeavor was conveniently cloaked under the guise of practical training sanctioned by the king. Dione's attire prompts speculation about the societal norms and laws within this world. The absence of strict nudity laws seems to be more a product of social convention than formal regulations. This explains why the nobility places greater significance on this matter than the commoners do. Blade's nonchalance toward this issue likely stems from the pragmatic understanding that, in a world where armies comprise diverse genders, mixed washing areas during marches are a matter of practicality rather than impropriety. Essentially, mixed bathing has become customary for him. While it's possible I'm dedicating more contemplation to this topic than it necessitates, the inconsistency is undeniably intriguing. Overall, this episode was alright. |

| I know Horussy goes CRAZY. Nah but in all seriousness, good episode. Learning about how Blade approached things back in the legendary hero days explains why he wants to just be a normal guy now. Back then, he tried to tackle everything on his own since he was the hero and everyone relied on him. He’s realised the importance of friends and having a strong support system now though. Really enjoyed he and Dionne’s interactions as well as his efforts to keep his secret hidden 😂 The egg retrieval quest was a nice opportunity for everyone to come together and work towards an objective. Solid funny episode as usual |

| Decent episode although it was a bit all over the place. A new character in the horse lady Dione was introduced and apparently she was delivering a giant egg to the king. It's no wonder that the egg's parents were not happy and attacked but at the end it looks like they calmed down and the egg hatched twins. Other than meeting Dione this episode felt like a side story but it still had funny moments and some more information on Blade's background. |
| I couldn't quite guess there would be a centaur this time. Feels like a typical episode otherwise especially from what else have seen so far from this anime. |
| Dione is pretty nice but one of these days she's gonna mistakenly reveal Blade's identity. Also nice he got two baby simurghs. |

| Blade meets one of his comrades: the centaur Dione. But of course, her cargo has to come from Gilgamesh as Rosewood's new instructor. Welp, so much for trying to forget that he's the Great Hero. The Demon Lance is a force to be reckoned with, though teaching Blade's class to hide the fact that she fought alongside Blade, the worry is of the class catching up to his facade. Of course, Blade is the only one who can handle Cu in baths, while Dione is being questioned about her relationship with Blade in the past, and he sure doesn't care about things like being naked and all. As much as Dione and Blade's relationship go...it was mind and body to reach the depths of the Great Hero, though she was not allowed to participate in the fight. One of the four sacred birds of the simurgh comes attacking the town all of a sudden, and to make matters worse, it's a pair of them as new parents finding wagons, which Blade preconceived that it came from Gilgamesh. And indeed, it's true that he hid an egg, but for the purpose of borrowing it as means to properly hatch it. So much for having freight wagons going around the town, and his help turned to be one heck of a case where both Blade and Earnest has to hatch the egg against all circumstances. With the town evacuated, the academy can spring into action restraining the simurgh and bringing the egg to its rightful position...albeit the case where it stopped halfway up the castle. But since the egg is too big and gigantic, having Dione transport the egg up suffices that, and Gilgamesh does the rest to repay a debt. With all restraints, the egg hatches to multiple hatchlings, though they still have to be given back to their parents. A town saved, at the very least. |

| That was a pretty boring and generic episode. This show has an interesting cast, but it fails to do anything entertaining with them. |
