| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty typical episode. What I don't understand was that Acchino was 5,000 degrees, right? So, um, wouldn't the ice beneath him melt? Of course, unless he can control which body parts of his become hot. But, the conclusion of the filler arc seems to be coming close. Haha, I loved the animation of Gear 2nd in this episode. Compared to what we saw during the Enies Lobby Arc, it was a total joke. And hopefully Luffy get's the flag first before his crew. I so want to see him make fun of his crew. Hehehe. Edit: By the way, episode 337 start of Thriller Bark! Source: ANN |

| some really good action in this episode :-) the Atsu Atsu devil fruit has some potential to be great..but the thought of having a base in the iceberg would be the only possible way because it would be a "no-go" traveling by ship as it would just melt. I'm sad that Zoro didn't get much air time :-( |

| Honestly? I didn't enjoy this episode at all. It feels as though this arc is being rushed towards it's conclusion, which isn't all that bad since the Thriller Bark arc is coming up. |

| The little girl was cute in the end. I found the filler arcs pretty useful cause you need a break from the real One Piece awesomeness XD They make you appreciate even more the power of Oda's storyline. |

| I hadn't realized the last episode but noticed just now in the recap that Puzzle removed his bandage revealing Pheonix scar to signify that the Pheonix has been reborn. Cool. Papa's power is kinda cool. The steam stopping the ice from melting under him is pretty silly and so are the heat balls but I particularly liked how he made a steam tornado to send Luffy on his butt and then flattened him with a steam iron belly flop. If he wasn't rubber he would have been burnt to a crisp, he even had a body mark left in the ice. Although, even then I feel he should have been very bendy and unbalanced after that much heat. That's how burnt rubber works right, it flops all over? Luffy going second gear in filler gives me a bad taste. Especially against such boring villains. I guess second gear alone without even using shave isn't enough to do more than make him exhausted though so, it should be okay. Lil has grown on me. She had a cute little arc and when I first thought she'd be a pointlessly evil kid she was just a lonely one. |
| It's surprising to see Luffy activate Gear Second against Papa Accino but I guess that he'll be needing at least that much power to defeat most of his major opponents at this point. That underwater volcano's gonna make things even harder than they already are. It's very nice of Robin to save Lil despite what happened earlier. |

| Goodbye filler pirates. Forget the New World, you're gonna need a New Timeline if you want us to see you again. Also another filler before moving on the next arc, good thing Netflix reminded me there's still 1 more episode before the actual next season. |

| I knew Luffy would have to go to gear 2 to beat him. They basically the same power. (Still think it could be bad for his long term health) Very curious to see if Luffy gets the flag first or the straw hats. Either way it should be a funny interaction |
