| What's your opinion about the "Fuck Puck" meme that goes around in the Re:Zero community? On one hand, I can understand the origins of this meme as there are some pretty strong arguments for Puck being a bad father. On the other hand, I think that Puck is an extreme representation of a common human shortcoming, being an imperfect parent. And since this show is filled with so many of these extreme representations (especially Subaru himself), Puck feels like a fitting and well-written character that "doesn't deserve hate anymore than everyone else" so to speak. |
