Guess now we know who Vegapunk called, at least it would make kinda sense provided Stussy managed to pick up the Den Den Mushi without being noticed xD Title of chapter and the power of the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi to turn also memories into a paw shaped bubble(like the pain) gives hope that Kuma's memories aren't lost. It's funny of Oda is referencing the 21 grams experiment. Summary is out and yep, it seems like his memories are there. Fucking nice. Raws are out. | This chapter was huge man. Technical explanation of how Kuma's power works, they kind of talked about it as if it was not a devil fruit though, maybe I missed something. Zoro fans in shambles after seeing Kaku push him back that hard, I gotta tell you, I've been on fraud hawk every since the mf left Wano. But more importantly, Backing taxes are here guys, Stussy being a clone is a shocking enough surprise but being a clone of nonother than Backins was a finishing blow. The wins went so hard with her design. |

| short flashback of vegapunk and kuma... as well as bonney making a discovery relating to her father. zoro and kaku went at it for a bit but seemed like zoro had little trouble with him even before stussy's betrayal. speaking of stussy, little bit of a twist there at the end. great chapter |
| Manga is going places, getting really weird and random actually. Reminds me of Naruto's final arc, same with Bleach's final arc. So I guess this only confirms that this is the final part of One Piece. Next chapter reveal: Lucci's pigeon is an awakened devil fruit user too! Some kind of symbiote devil fruit, he can combo with Lucci and there's a whole new level of fighting. |

| the more we hangout around vegapunk, the more mysteries uncovered. I think Vegapunk would tagged along for a long time, because if I remember quickly starting this saga Oda said that little by little all mysteries about One Piece would come to truth. I think it's coming from Vegapunk. we get to see Stussy new form, is it the power of devil fruit? as much as I want to, but I won't speculate about her siding with who. because there might be a chance that she did to Kaku to control the situation from getting out of hand while other people think she betrayed them. |

Will link it later after it's confirmed: Lucci is going to join the strawhats Lucci isn't just a cold blooded assassin, he is very calculated and he might have learned something about the old world and the "great reset" and he wants to see first if Luffy is really worthy of joining. Or he is not 100% convinced he should rebel. Lot's of government dogs rebel in one piece so it won't be anything new. Either this or it will be the fact that Stussi's handler is someone Lucci would disagree with even more. I don't think Stussi is Vegapunk's friend, although it's possible, it might she's controlled by a former friend of Vegapunk, but i doubt the story suddenly has a turn where the conflict stops all of a sudden. Sure the Marine are about to come in but I am expecting a big fight right here and since Lucci can't offer this match up for Luffy it will be someone else. EDIT: I am sure Lucci also learned about will of the D or something really major from the past. |

| No matter what kind of excuse Oda makes up, it will never make Vegapunk's actions seem justifiable. Vegapunk saying that it was Kuma himself who wanted to lose his consciousness is just like those psychopaths who cut off the breasts or the dick of teenagers and then argue that they were just doing what those teenagers requested themselves. It doesn't matter whether or not Kuma wanted to be turned into a cyborg; The fact that Vegapunk accepted to do it intrinsically means that he's an absolutely perverted man who did an absolutely evil thing, so he does not deserve any respect whatsoever, and should at the very least be condemned to life imprisonment. And Oda is clearly insane, as he is clearly portraying cloning as a good thing. The information that was revealed in the last page in conjunction with what is stated by Vegapunk as the narrator in the first page clearly means that Vegapunk (Oda) is meaning to convey the message that cloning is a great step towards peace for the world. That's absolutely disgusting and Oda should feel ashamed of himself for having conveyed such message through a manga. And considering Vegapunk's conversation with Kuma, I can only guess that Vegapunk's intention is to make it so that the memories of the original person is passed to the clone, probably in an attempt to make it so that when people are very old and almost dead they can pass on their memories to a new body and maybe supposedly even the soul. That's a totally despicable transhumanistic idea. Creation of humans in a laboratory is intrinsically a very disgusting thing. If it's through cloning it's even more disgusting. And it's even more disgusting if it's cloning as a means to attempt to somehow keep living on by passing from one body to another in this world, which is absolutely impossible to happen because the soul is not a material thing that can possibly be passed from one body to another through artificial means, but the idea itself is very dangerous because it can lead some crazy people to make clones and then try to pass memories from one person to another through a micro-chip or some other repulsive means. And I don't believe it will ever be possible to transfer memories from one person to another through some kind of technology, but the possibility of people starting to attempt to do it inserting machines in people's brains for experiment is already very terrifying and shouldn't be promoted. The idea that the human soul has weight is also preposterous. If it's not an immaterial thing, then what they are referring to cannot be the soul. And I get it that in One Piece it is in fact possible to pass the soul from one body to another through some super power, as proven by Law, but portraying it along with cloning as "advancement of science" for a better future of humanity is what is very problematic. When Law swapped the souls of the main characters in Punk Hazard it was portrayed as an undesired thing that had to be reverted, but here Oda is portraying it as a means for a better future of humanity (probably by prolonging life by passing the soul from the original body to the clone), and this is totally fucked up. |

| Honestly annoyed by the clone gimmick. Much like time travel, it's a sci-fi trope that's been done to death in every shonen series and it's honestly lazy writing imo. The only thing about this revelation that I like is the implication that Weevil might also be a clone, which would make more sense than him being Whitebeard's actual son. He'd be the only clone character that I could tolerate. Oh and Kaku's awakened form looked like shit imo. He basically looked like a worse version of Kaido and I'm sick of Zoan DF users at this point. |
