The gap between the highest MAL score and the second highest MAL scores has decreased by a lot in the past two years
This is MAL's Top 5 anime: This is Top 5 from December 2020:  I've noticed that FMAB's lead has gotten smaller recently. I remember when I first joined this website that the gap between FMAB and second place was massive, and every time a new seasonal entered that gap, it was interesting, but nowadays, it feels like every season has a contender for the #1 spot, and FMAB's hold has weaker hold on its spot. In the past, I wondered what would take FMAB's place, but it seems like every fanbase is trying to put their show on that pedestal. I don't want to blame any specific fanbase. I think it's just a current trend we are seeing with the internet as a whole. If this trend dies down, I wouldn't be surprised if FMAB regains its lead again, but I don't see the trend dying any time soon especially since FMAB's spot is weakened, and there's a good chance that some anime will steal the spot for a decent amount of time. |

| The gap here from 2020 is still bigger than what I've seen when I joined mal at first in 2015 x) I am more used to Polish sites as that's when I used to watch more titles, sorry to bring bad news but Fmab is not in top 1 it was once boosted when they were changing stuff now it somehow works, top 1 is violet evergarden movie sequel x). I don't care if fmab is top 1 or whatever else, I just dislike the threads spam of bullshit of people spamming "This titles has taken top 1 from fmab -> postivie/negative," "Nowadays anime something something" such whining for god damn sake, it is unbearable to read. So here are 2 archived pictures from December of 2015 of how top 10 looked like when I joined mal, and from November of 2006, surprise surprise nothing crossed 9/10 back than [back than I had no idea on what anime is so can't say too much about that year]:   |

Who? Ya mean that guy who wanted attention by making that weird track of Poland? - Never heard any joke. I literally forgot that this guy exists, no one talks about him cause why would we. This track is an anti-music so I just quitted it after few seconds of listening, not worth it, I'd rather listen to Sanah, Dawid Podsiadło, Mrozu, Daria Zawiałow, Kwiat Jabłoni, Tymek, Enej, Zalia, Brodka or anyone from Polish singers who do some music not anti-music. |

| The effects of FMAB fanboys' vote brigading is decreasing over time, even they aren't going to stay around forever. This is my guess, considering that FMAB is currently 6th on RedditAnimeList. |

He is not talked cause his music is not worth of it, outside the title and saying taking a walk/whock to Poland it has almost nothing to do with Poland. If you want to promote Poland with a hip-hop or Rap than I'd rather promote it with satire/comedic rap such as To my Polacy by 52 Dębiec, or some other tracks which has more meaning and has more than a single verse and some better lyrics like Bez Strachu by Paluch or Paktofonika's tracks which were beyond when it comes to lyrics. [From recent days Sanah was most talked about because she brang classical poets lyrics into music such as Adam Mickiewicz, Wisława Szymborska, Juliusz Słowacki, Juliam Tuwim, it seems that the more deep music is suited for popularity here, outside the typical rap/pop/discopolo] [btw till today chosing Paktofonika for a karaoke is one of the bravest moves in a bar till today, such classics and still very difficult] The Lil Yachty has a single beat which could be done better and only one verse the track is so short that I won't get enough time to even "enjoy it", if someone from abroad wants to make a song make it good, I'd say that Hazel's I Love Poland which is specific is way better than Yachty's track. If I would have the power to decide I'd simply delete these 2 tracks from existence, if not than we have reality, if you want to know what I was talking about in comparison here you can check them out: btw I don't decide on music but I do have experience with it and if something is bad in my ears I call it. Spent some years in practicing music on few instruments, spent alot of time listening to all type of genre of music from classics to nowadays, including the reconstructions of ancient and middle-ages music with the usage of instrument from back than, sung poettry, sung illiad, sung epic of gilgamesh and some other stuff like that, I do spend around 3k+ hours yearly on listening to only music. I've learnt some terms and I do remember some of them till today, obviously as I am no longer playing I won't be able to suddenly play something on piano with allegro thempo, even moderato would be too much for me as I don't remember anything, not to mention performing something with instrument/voice to deliver some emotions through a song. Which is why I have at least the possibility to decide whom I listen and whom music is good in my ears. |

| I came here to say that maybe FMA just fell off, but eh... it does seem like is getting way more suspicious 1s than all other popular top 10 shows like LoGH, SnK, HxH or Steins Gate |

| Most (if not all) of FMA:B's score decline is -in all fairness- explained by the many many top anime wars it has had to face over the last few years. |

| MAL Rating System sucks, they cant deal with Spam/ Bot accounts. either it be 1/10 Spam or 10/10 spam, i am Bleach fan myself but it taking the #1 place with 1 episode just shows MAL sucks as a rating website. Alot of Anime with small fandom gets easily review bombed AniList handles Spam perfectly |
