I was wondering the same thing. Not that it makes the anime unwatchable, but I can't help but notice them. I guess they're saving their budget for the last episode? |

| That chocolate scene of Komi and Tadano is pretty wholesome, it makes my mind swirl. And we're getting more and more Komi speaking, so those audio files of some fan here sure are getting more picks to choose from. And Onemine's siblings sure are funny but energetic, calling Komi high is something to think of for my brain. Plus our trio boys is imagining once again, that one still thinks he can hit off with "Yamai". And yeah that's all I can say...good...because jeez the animation got fucked up today. What could've been one of the better episodes of Komi since there's some Valentine stuff here turned out to be the most disappointing. One of the worst anime frames that Komi-san has ever seen, and our boy Tadano got the worst of it. I was feeling Komi when she handed out Tadano her chocolates but those bad animation frames make it hard to watch for me. In this late part of Komi's second season, I can't help but worry. I hope this issue is just a one-time thing. |

| Watching this episode is hurting my kororo... Poor Tadano... The first part is kawaii, with Onemine and her family showing up. All of Her family got mole on their face and I just realized that Onemine actually having two moles on her face. Valentine day.... A sad day for Tadano... Why the heck Onemine and Najimi didn't even give Tadano a chocolate? That's so out of their character! Najimi become annoying lately. Guess the author did that so we can feel sorry for Tadano. That's why I love Katai, he is a shy guy, but still give to Tadano anyway~ Well, at least Komi forcing to increase her courage to give a chocolate to Tadano at the end. Tadano is focusing on his happiness that he's finally got one chocolate from a girl, he didn't realize that Komi actually giving him a hint that he is actually very special for her. |

| This episode makes me like Onemine even more than before. She's such a hard working beauty! ^_^ I can't blame Komi for letting her nerves get the better of her during the valentine's day segment. Trying to give chocolates to the person you like the most can be difficult, but I'm glad that she was able to succeed in the end. While the content of this episode was great as usual, what I didn't expect to see was the huge drop in production values. Rising of the Shield Hero's recent episode had its own quality issues, but this episode of Komi was far worse. Despite some scenes having off-model characters and mis-timed audio, at least the important parts looked the same, visually that is. I can only hope this was a one-off and the next episode's production values goes back to normal. |

| Kowai neechan lmao. "Kowai neechan, how come you don't talk" Those kids attacked where it hurt the most. Got me good at the"these are fantasies". This episode was just basically Komi playing with the viewer's and Tadano's kokoro and keeping us in suspense if Tadano gets a chocolate from Komi or not. Even our poor boy Tadano had given up in the end. Pretty wholesome and great episode overall, 5/5. Also am I the only one to whom the animation in this episode felt a bit weird at places? Edit: I'm not the only one. And yup it did ruin the mood of the episode for me too, didn't feel that connected like other episodes, this episode didn't feel right, something lacked. I hope everything gets back to normal for next episodes. |

| Pretty clean episode (not the drawing, the mood). Heh, the best scene was when Onemine's little bro said that Komi has a beautiful voice and she should speak with people more, this was a huge confidence boost. Paradise trip for Yamai was unexpected even for her, finally she found some sedation in her neverending love race. |

You mean the "It's a friend's chocolate", lol. She did give him the chocolates but not before causing him a lot of anxiety and almost making him doubt himself and get depressed. I think she did him dirty this ep. He didn't deserve this. He should have been the FIRST to get chocolates not the last. Oh, and let's not forget that she almost didn't even give them to him. |

| Good grief,yeah,the animation dropped a bit,but constantly harping on about it won't take it back,esp since this was one of the best eps so far. Seeing Komi's eyes wander over to Tadano when asked about valentines chocolate was superbly done,and the characters from the manga are mostly spot-on. Katai is excellent,and I think(even though its in the manga)the side characters(for now)are being extremely well done. And at the end when Komi shouted Tadano's name,just wow! So I think I can forgive a drop in animation quality since the ep shone anyway! |

| Valentine's day episode should always be a nice start off but seeing this quality It really looks off putting but it was hilarious to watch nonetheless just don't descend that much to darkness if you know what I mean 7DS I'm baffled how Onemine's siblings teeth cover up the broken ones like how is that even possible, Damn Tadano at home felt like he's going to collapse and he just did, I think her sister hammered the nail in his coffin and her mother can't cheer her up that much and they didn't have to make him 144p, Komi giving chocolates was a surprise to be sure but a welcome one, Honestly it really did felt like an underwhelming episode compared to the others not even speaking of quality wise for the animation but the plot in this one as well hoping to step things up in the upcoming episodes. |

| Onemine's family ahah it's sure lively with that amount of young siblings, and it's hard to get ready to valentine's day, poor Tadano thought he wouldn't get chocolates from Komi but of course she wasn't avoiding him on purpose and managed to give him the best chocolates she had at the end, how cute |

| This episode really makes me smile and laugh during Valentine's day when almost everyone gives the chocolate to their friend and the one they love. But It's really funny when Tadano-kun didn't get any chocolate from his girl friends until Komi-san finally give him at the late-night XD *Those pebbles in the shoes, I thought He will get one of the chocolate from Komi-san XD |

| Didn't really notice any animation issues. But man this was such a nice episode. I'm really just falling in love with these characters and I truly love how they're all getting more and more screen time, especially how it ties directly with all the new relationships formed from the school trip last time, and even the last two that were with Komi, I know will become very proactive characters for the rest of the manga! They were already my favorites, but even more so now; but honestly, I think I really enjoy everybody and it's so great to see them all get more development and I can't wait to see how much more they'll all play into the story. With how fast Komi befriended everyone each episode in season 1, I was dreading they would just be placeholders to fill her quota, eventually becoming nothing but background characters as more new characters were added in to keep it fresh, rinse, repeat. But NOPE. Total opposite here; characters get their intro episodes, some appear then more than others, as they can't *ALL* be super duper important, but each one gets enough to understand them and even enjoy expansion later on. Slow but sure is how I'd describe this. I mean, I laughed that again the boy trio is again fantasizing over each girl they want giving them something and it was funny that we didn't know it was a fantasy at first. It just keeps using all its characters and I love it for that. Seeing more of Onemine's home life was great, and I loved her siblings' interactions with Komi about how completely without tact they were that pushed her into talking right off the bat. Komi's really being molded all the time by everybody around her. And man, I felt for Tadano this episode; feeling so dejected by getting nothing and hoping, even expecting, that Komi would at the very least have one for him. But I also liked how he didn't let it destroy him or become bitter; he was depressed and maybe even crashed a bit in private, but he took in mostly in stride. Guy is so understanding and empathetic, it's a super power. The more I watch him and Komi together, it's clear to me they both feel what they have, and Komi is a little more aware of her feelings, but neither of them are fully on the same page.... yet. They were both saying the same exact thing to one another, but neither responded *exactly* how the other one was hoping, and so that led them to be a little underwhelmed at the end. This is something you discover when you meet someone you truly like and/or end up with; we always have our ideal romance scenario and how our SO will respond, so when they don't do it *exactly* like you hope they would, you can feel a bit disappointed, until you learn their language and realize they're still saying what you want, in THEIR own way. Tadano and Komi are perfect for each other, but they still need a bit more time together to fully reach that stage before something can actually officially happen. Remember, this is a slow burn series and a pretty realistic connection; it's not going to be fully formed this quickly, or even immediately. But man, I love this story for its character detail like that and it's commitment for such a slow but satisfying burn for everyone. Every little vignette adds something and I love watching it all. That was his intent from the start, after all. And only the more civil and mature ones get along with him, but even then, it's pretty casual. I know the animators were sick for this episode or whatever and The rough animation kind of took me out of the emotional back half of the story. But damn it if me and my friends didn't get hours of enjoyment finding all the crazy things in this episode and laugh while watching it! Lol here is some more! Like this derp sequence at 11:19!    BRUH WHERE DID THE CHOCO GOOOOOO!?!?!   This later sequence just seems like a meme and someone photoshopped Chadano into the scene! At 17:19!    Lol still love the series, shit happens.
