| I was reading the original post and it said that the story was narrated by Hades. Actually, I think thats wrong. Next Dimension is this story narrated by Hades and was drawn by Kurumada while Lost Canvas is the events happening as though they were the present (not a flashback.) This was drawn by a different artist (hence the different styles.) Just a correction, if Im not wrong myself. The part with the animals in the forest reminded me of Disney. I was like WTF. :D |

| Oh no the Puppy died XD well when I first heard and saw the opening sequence I thought oh man "thats embarrassing". my second thought was "come on give it a try, at least watch 5 further minutes" after 3 further minutes I began to like it XD The animation art is very good Alexeon said: The part with the animals in the forest reminded me of Disney. | Personnally I find this first episode extremely boring, the characters were overplaying and there were too much characters introduced in a single episode. The relation between the two boys was just too emo. So a bad first episode, I hope the others will be better than this one. |

| hitting that heap of rocks like that without a care for one's life or fist is a bit irrational. A more realistic approach would have been to try to clear the stones one by one or devising some kind of leverage system, but surely not by hit them! |

| That Pandora woman is weird along with that scene.. Not too shabby I guess but I'm not sold on this just yet. Hope the next few episodes will be good. The ED song is nice though. |

| Generic premise, too 'easy', here are the factions, powers, transformations, done. Beautiful art. Even the art the characters draw looks amazing. Great colors. Very typical though, of course ending with that shonen-style power of resolve punch and aura. Decent episode. This is either gonna be really bloody or another Fairy Tail. |

| So, I decided to rewatch the series (this time in Japanese subs, since the first time I watched the anime, it was in Spanish dub), and, it's as good as I remembered it. I like the visuals of the opening, but, as much as I prefer to watch subs to dubs, I like the dubbed version more than the original one, the singer's voice is not as pleasant as the one who sung the Spanish version. Still gets me hyped, though. Ah, Alone, the most innocents and pure are also the easiest ones to corrupt... No wonder he ended being Hades's reincarnation. Hiro Shimono sounds nice voicing his child version, let's see how he will play his self when he becomes adult and evil. Tenma surprised me, since I expected him to sound like Natsu Dragneel (cause same voice actor), but he sounds younger. In the Spanish version, he sounded like an adult even when he's a child, so that is at least something xD Pandora's voice is fantastic, she sounds very mesmerizing and sultry, exactly how this Pandora should sound. Cannot wait to watch again her scenes later, especially when she shows her more emotional side. The voice of the "mysterious priest" was good too, very chill and pleasant to heard. Also  Fucking Alone, getting the chance to be kissed by Pandora, I'm so jealous ;_; I don't have nothing against the classic Saint Seiya series and I like it a lot, but, man, the action scenes here looks much more spectacular than the ones of the classic series. Just look at Dohko's Rozan Hyaku Ryūha or the scene when Tenma destroy those rocks, they transmit me the magnitude of the situation, they are awesome. And this is just the beginning. Poor Cyclops Giganto though, in Hades Chapter he was constantly cockblocked in fights by his allies just to be raped by Shaka and here he is owned by Dohko just after debuting. He is a mob Specter after all... Dohko is as cool as I remembered (even his Chinese clothes looks badass). I will have to get accustomed to his voice after hearing Kenyuu Horiuchu voicing him in the classic series, though. Excited to catch up for the remaining 25 episodes! |
