| High School School DXD - Issei and most of the cast members. The characters are random, bland, and one-dimensional. Dragon Ball Super - Goku. As a kid back in the days I used to love Goku, however, his Dragon Ball super incarnation was god awful as he got way too many random powerups, I hate his battle maniac personality. One Peace - Luffy. He beats people up and forces them to join him and his crew. Naruto - I hate the franchise as a whole but the main character Naruto is lame as hell. OPM - Saitama. Saitama is boring and overpowered. 1. I can't stand main characters that get ridiculous crazy power-ups for no reason. 2. I can't stand battle maniacs that just want to fight everybody for fun for no reason. 3. I can't stand Mary su's and the Gary' stu's of anime. 4. Annoying female characters that are attached to the main male character for no reason. 5. Characters that lack reasonable or realistic motivations. 6. Protagonist's that seem to be more like villains due to having selfish desires. |

| This is such a good question for me to answer. Since I am a talkative person in both written and oral communication, I will try to do my best to be short and simple. As for me, the worst anime character I have ever seen is Naofumi Iwatani from Rising of the Shield Hero. Even though I have only watched 13 episodes of this anime TV series, I have seen enough to know when an anime character is truly a hero or a villain. For the sake of spoilers, I do not want to say too much about the content. However, if you were to watch the entire anime TV series, you will most likely see why he is a terrible hero in the anime universe. When I was writing my review, I had only watched 8 episodes of the show at the time. I did not want to waste any more unnecessary time watching a controversial show. In fact, Captain America (Steve Rogers) has suffered a lot more severe consequences than Naofumi. If you watch or have watched any of the films centered around Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), then it is obvious that Captain America is more heroic and kind-hearted than Naofumi. Below, I have embedded two YouTube videos. Honestly, if the Avengers or the Justice League were to see Naofumi in action, they would probably be disappointed.
