| Ryou is so jealous that Tamaru started talking to Ichika. Tamaru and Ichika have something in common in terms of being fans of the same manga series so I'm curious to see how their relationship develops. That was very nice of Ryou to make a study guide for Ichika although she doesn't want to admit that it helped her get a very high score on her test. |

| Probably the best episode so far, Tamaru getting nailed in the face at the beginning was a good start to his entrance into the show lol, interesting to have another potential love interest for Ichika, Ryou is already jealous, excited to see where that goes, although I’m personally rooting for Ryou. Loved the moments between Ichika and Ryou near the end as well. Also glad to see some people warming up to this show, I’m very glad because I’m personally loving it. |
| I see that those poor Kai boy only served as a device for those two to get along in a fast but steady pace. No need to worry, gentleman. He was not worth such a fair competition. Even Ichika started to feel ease and, well, as expected that a spark slowly grew on her heart. Too bad her last respond still mean af. But don't worry, at least that maso Ryo will always be fine, and feels happy, no matter shit word Ichika said to him. The love really need to always be fought for, no matter how hard the challenge be, right? Based. |

| Did the forums also blow up while Koi wa Ameagari no You ni was airing? These are frightening times to have an opinion on controversial titles. Voice acting is amazing, Toshi-kun sounds funny at times while voicing Ryo, and Tamaru seems to be the harem opponent. Hoping this gets spicy in the next weeks. |

| Pretty good episode, we got officially introduced to that dude we saw last episode, and he's probably growing feelings for Ichika, well he better stay away from Ryo or he's dead lmao. Ryo is many things, but messing with Ichika is definitely not one of em. Ryo visiting Ichika was pretty sweet and helped her do really well in her test with that cute math guide. I guess Ichika is also slowly developing feelings for Ryo. |

| It was great of Ryo to make a study guide for Ichika. It shows just how serious he is about Ichika. There is no way Tamaru will have a chance though him being there will make things interesting. |

| That was pretty cute when Ryou came over in a heartbeat when Ichika was known to be sick. Also, in the scene when Ichika said Ryou was messing with her about love to get a reaction really hurt ;-; but they made up in the end. Ryou is top tier husbando material. |

| So cute. I love this wholesome series. I haven't watched a romance in a while so getting this gem is a great thing to come back to. They're so cute together. Its interesting cause you don't get many romances where one of the MCs is in work. |

| I wouldn't be surprised if the series took a turn into a horror/thriller anime halfway through, all the required elements are there. Ryou's behaviour is getting worse, obsessive, controling, authoritarian... besides stalking and harrassment we can add gaslighting, manipulation and downright threatening to the list. Did he just seriously intimidate/threaten a highschool boy because he saw him as a potential competitor? Yes, yes he did..... funny, isn't it? Did he actively seek out information on this boy,... Yes, he did. "But it's OK, it isn't really stalking because he really has feelings for her".... I seriously read that somewhere... Yeah, most stalkers have "feelings" for their object of obsession,.... some end up killing that object, or any threat they perceive to their "relationship". Good thing this has the comedy tag on it, that surely makes it all OK. Wel actually, it makes it worse. |

This shows that Ryo is also a human, whose feelings can get hurt. I guess his love is really genuine. Damn. That study guide! That handwritten study guide! If someone did that for me, that's a totally plus plus plus points! |
| had fun watching this episode, smiling thru out. Being an older perv will creep anyone but this show has its potential to evolve and I am excited to see of what will happen next. I loved the expression/feelings Ryo showed when he was placing the tie pin, he really did appreciate the gift, anyone would love to see that kind of emotion. Arima, her reaction to the gift was epic, everyone can relate to her, cause I do (hahaha). anws, love this episode, it made me smile, i had fun! |

The romance in this pretty run of the mill for shoujo/josei manga/anime. The comedy in this bores me instead of making me laugh, but maybe it's to your preference. Ryo is tall, handsome, fit, has a good job where he has authority over others, and is pursued by other women. But chooses this one girl. And when it really matters he can stand up for himself and for the girl. Every box checked. Romantic literature for women, written by women, is by far the largest literary genre sold today, with hundreds of new stories every month - all bought by eager fans. These boxes are checked every time. There is then some problem added to the story that the woman can fix, such as that the man's past experiences make him overly suspicious due to unfortunate circumstances. But then he mellows out thanks to the woman. In this story, Ichika can fix his overeager pursuit of her, and make him take a more mature approach. Another way to see it, ever read an online comic where there is some cute character or talking animal who is overly aggressive? That would be unsettling in reality, but because of the cuteness it is just funny. You can't really take the aggression seriously. It's the same with Ryo's pursuit of Ichika here. Because it's a very nice and attractive character in a comedy anime, you can't take the constant gift sending seriously. Everyone knows it's just for comedic effect. I still think it's ridiculous and - despite what the show has been trying to do - unattractive to place the 'rich, tall, handsome' adult at the same level where he'd feel threatened by a normal, but cute teenager and feel the need to metaphorically pee on Ichika to mark his territory. Not only that, but he also wants to look into this teenage boys life for, you know, reasons, to know who he is like - the same way he did with Ichika - without asking. It comes across as deeply insecure and we all know that people constantly say insecurity is the pinnacle of attractiveness, right? If a joke - which wasn't framed as a joke, because there was no buildup, no punch line, no subversion of expectations, it was just Ryou being Ryou - defeats the whole premise of the romance part of a show, maybe the romance part isn't as strong as its supposed to be. |

| There is another love opponent, I think I want to him to win over Ichika at the end, it would look more "normal", but well who knows, she was happy thanks to Ryou's help with her maths that gave her a good grade |

| ML is so wholesome in this series than I very much anticipated the less of him due to his creepy end. |
| For me it honestly looks like Ryo is a doting father to Ichika more than a love interest but they are still pretty cute together. |
