According to bingeclock.com it looks like this. Not sure if this counts fillers, but definitely skip them.

Some moments in the anime last longer then you would expect, so if you are not having a good mood it may get boring for you, but every single arc in Shippuden is better then the previous one, so the show becomes more and more fire. The only concern is that some people consider the last arc bad, but everything before that is nowhere near to boring. I was overwhelmed with how many crazy moments the show delivered back to back.

it can be even less if you skip foward op/ed songs, and the intro in most episodes showing what happened previously, and the Itachi's past that's repeated like 10 times or something.

If you skip eating or drinking or going to washroom then you can complete it within 10 days.If not it would take months or years to finish.

Watch a few episodes and drop this wretched show for good. The fastest and the most healthy speedrun.
Also, did I get it right? You didn't watch the first Naruto, did you?

I didn't finish Naruto Shippuden because it became a fucking shitshow after around 270-300 episodes. I somehow made it to 340. I'd say watch until you get bored and drop that shit for good.

A couple of months, given that I skipped all filler episodes and half the OP/ED that I didn't like.

In 26 days with a 6-day break in between, but I skipped some of the filler in the later parts or skimmed through them. After the Pain Arc I got bored and or annoyed multiple times.

Naruto: Shippuuden right now is my primary anime.
That means for me that I'm watching every evening from 21:00 to 24:00 about 5 or 6 episodes until I get to sleepy and go to bed.
That means I'm watching approximately 40 episodes per week.
So I'm gonna need about 12 to 13 weeks to finish it.

Though right now, for the moment the Ninja Scroll TV series have usurped Naruto's main event, but that's an only 13 episodes and I expect to be done with them in a day or two.
Ninja Scroll > Naruto, always of course.

EDIT: Might change my mind when I hit Filler territory in Shippuuden.

The fastest way to watch Shippudden is to play NSUNS 2, 3 and 4 instead

Why Shippuuden then? Don't you need to watch the story from the beginning? Are you or your friends mentally challenged?
Don't bother. Shippuuden is insufferable shit, in all aspects. You'll get nothing but disappointment. At least first Naruto was ok.

In 2008/2009 (idk) I dropped Shippuden because I was tired of fillers, so I quit to watch of animes for years. After Shippuden finished I decide to watch the whole serie on begin. Skiping fillers, I think that I watched all Naruto Shippuden in 2 weeks

I watched it while it was airing. So it took me 350-400 weeks. ~7.5 years.
