I thought the Undead troops is a ez level monsters but why did they get slaughtered, lol. Now that I know why it's showing in the middle of the night, that nobleman's conversation is just a nonsense. And also the ED is so good. |

| Was honestly better than expected(admittedly, my expecations were as low as it could possibly get) and I take about anything that's action-fantasy that isn't isekai. Nice opening by fripSide and the ending was nice too. |

| Great to Kasel, Frey, Roi and Cleo animated. Can't wait to see more of them soon. This made me quite nostalgic. Started playing King's Raid after a few month of it's launch and it's been already 3 years since then. Thou havn't played the game in a few months due to being busy with other stuff. Now I wanna go back to playing after watching this episode. |

| The fripSide op is solid enough, but the production values for this show and the story setup so far hasn't been too good. I haven't played the game though so I generally have no expectations for game adaptations. |
| Being a game adaptation, my expectations are VERY low, but what a premiere episode this is at arousing my attention, especially given that this will run for 2 cours back-to-back. Never have played the original game, but since this anime showcases an original, different plot from the game, I can presume that this is a filler in and of itself. Of course, if the original content can keep up with the decent animation from OLM and Sunrise Beyond, I'm both hands for it. | I think this’ll be the shironeko project of this season. Banger ED and OP, cool visuals and art, subpar story. I’ll stick with it like I stick with everything, but it’s low down the priority list. |

| I may watch one more episode but holy moly world building is dumb af. Honestly one of the dumbest I've seen in this type of genre. You're telling me whole freaking kingdom manages to gather and send only couple of soldiers as scouts to check if Demon Invasion similar to 100 year ago (so probably bad) might happen again? Also do they know horses exist? The Capital has training area in size of my backyard where we see 1 apprentice. How expensive it is to train a knight in this universe if 100 dark elves plot to seize the whole kingdom??? 2 guards protecting the castle entrance... nah it must be a joke. I know it's a game adaptation where background doesn't matter but considering it's medieval/fantasy based this whole things looks just incredibly silly. Like compare it to SAO (or anything else) with hundereds/thousands of 'soldiers' clashing. |

| ngl was kinda interesting to watch tbh, although like some said, the production value doesn't really seem to be there. Big F for my boi for getting killed by a big tiddy devil, rip best dude. I think this kind of setup in the right direction can easily be a blast to watch, but something tells me this is just gonna be another friendz foreva type of show lol |

| In a peace, danger creeped them out behind the shadow. The lost of the king made the kingdom took such a long decision to counterparts the problem surrounding their kingdom's territorial. Well, as an anime watcher only, i found the storyline seemed to hold such a classic or generic theme to be their main plot, such as defending the kingdom, became a true knight and saved innocent people, cute girl as your couple/teammate, designated villain from the beginning, conspiracy or political matters, weak MC, and such. The adventurous elements were fine, and the world building kinda had so much place to explored. I am not so adored so far, but still had some interesting parts to be explored well enough to raised my satisfaction. The next episode might already met all of the main cast. So, as an introduction for the MC, this is just fine to me, the pacing seemed okay too. Lets see how well they handled the feeling in the next episode. Because, yeah, his friend just surely death there. So, the emotional scenes might be already appeared in the second episode. |

| It was OK. I don't play the game. The story seems fine, pretty common, animation is also ok. Kinda gave me Shironeko Project Zero Chronicle vibes. The beginning kinda made me feel like I skipped one episode or something, the way it started with fighting right off the bat... I really like the OP and ED. Anyway I'll watch a few more episodes and see if I feel like dropping it. |

| I am sorry but honestly, the first ep was not that good. Maybe because I was expected more for this anime's first episode. But I will give it another chance and maybe my opinion will change after two or three episodes. |

| Never heard about this before but I like how it's a fantasy instead of another isekai. The lore seems to be interesting enough though the budget and direction appear to be lacking as usual. The game seems to be pretty awesome tho so I'll continue to have some expectations. | I've never played the game although I've seen ads of it recently that make it [the game] look interesting so I decided to give the anime a chance But.....this anime feels really generic... 7minutes in I'm bored already.... I'm going to fast forward the rest of the ep to see if there's anything interesting but I have a feeling this won't even make it onto my 'watching' list... edit: That apparent discrimination against the dark elves also makes me sad...idk if that's part of the history/background/setting & there is a very valid reason for it though but :( all the same... |

| Generic fantasy. But I like fantasy - especially since there isn't many fantasy which is NOT Isekai ... lately. (Since Isekai became popular and Isekai often is vey bad.) The dark elf girl seems sexy. Wanna see more of her. I'll give this a few more episodes. |

| I can see why people call this generic, but I liked the first episode. That medieval setting with dark elves and demons appeals to me, kinda makes me wanna try the game. I heard it will have 26 episodes, so that's even better That low score is bs |

| Overall fairly generic. The MC saying I want to protect everyone is generally a sign that this isn't going to be very good. Although he takes a bit of a turn at the end there, he seemed desperate and almost unhinged. which I sort of liked because it helps flesh out his character bit. It turned pretty intense quickly during that fight. This immediately showed that it isn't afraid to get brutal. Nothing was impressive, but it hooked me enough to watch the next episode at least. |
| I know nothing of its source material, but let me say this. It's really really mediocre. It's ok but the production quality is pretty low. Like in the ed, the weird sad angry shots were really cringe and laughable. It's also really predictable. But the demon part was gory, that it was pretty ok. That was predictable but not predictable in the same time. The characters (so far) are really generic and not special. Everything seems rushed. These events would be more significant if there's more background info or actual development. These events would've been more significant if it happened in like the second or third episode. They should have let us know about the world and the characters more, using the first episode.. Pretty ok and average. But still better than expected. 5.3/10 or just 5/10 so far... Meh. |

| I do not understand why this is getting such a low rating. It is yes a generic fantasy anime and yes from a mobile game source, but overall I thought it was done decently well. Maybe not a 8, 9, or 10, but I def don't think it deserves the low 6 it has right now. I feel people are shitting on it because it is Kings Raid. Like the adaption was very well done. |

| i've tried to play kings raid many times but i never get far by being overwhelmed by all the menus and items to use(and i play a lot gacha's) but i'm also not a fan of auto battler's even if the characters designs are good ,but the game is popular but i don't know if fans like it for the story. more brutal for a gacha game than i was expecting but extremely generic but not out right awful this will be on the back burner |

| Honesty this was not bad!!! I expected it to be awful and while the art and animation were not top notch it has a great D&D feel to it especially with the characters and the violence was pretty graphic as well! We got an introduction of some of the side characters as well and at this point there is a 3 faction war. Demons, Dark Elves, and Orvelia (I believe is what they called the nation) I'd like to see them and the Dark Elves team up because I do like Rihito and Lupine. They along with Kesel have sad pasts.
