For me, it'd be creamy tagliatelle with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.

Steak. I have never once gotten tired of eating meat. Gets me full and gives me enough nutrients to survive.

Some healthy pizza, so I can still get my calcium from the melted cheese and not get osteoporosis when I turn just right beyond the retirement age of 65.

Veggie burgers maybe since you're getting a fine tasting meal that's also healthy(?)
Plus the fact that I'm not eating animals

something with all food groups is probably a healthy choice.

this one seems good

maybe this one is worth a shot too. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/72739/five-food-groups-macaroni-salad/

I'd really be tempted to just eat pizza forever though

we live close to the disputed islands of West Philippine Sea so sadly the fishes here is beginning to be much more expensive than chicken like 180 persos per kilo of galunggong now compared to 140 pesos of a whole chicken

ah ok besides fried white meats that are fishes and chicken (people rarely go for red meat here because its not abut being healthy but being cheap) then white meat cooking of adobo, sinigang and nilaga, i only know how to cook sinigang and adobo lol even though nilaga is the easiest so i will learn that too

those are the popular kinda weekly if not everyday food dishes around here

The only good chicken here is from KFC (especially those drums), but the ones you buy in the store for some reason tastes like trash (don't matter if you cook it or if it's cooked/baked already), so I very rarely buy any meat from stores here at all (except for packaged smoked Salmon sometimes, but that's fish, lol).

If anything the food is very spanish-centric and american centric (since we put hotdogs in our spaghetti). we got our version of "menudo", empanadas, flan, and a myriad of other spanish related things.

Filipinos has one of the worst rates of high cholesterol because we literally fry everything and eat rice with every meal. Hell, the only vegetable dish I can think of atm is pinakbet, but I'm just an API so it might be different. Lol even our deserts have rice in them.

Katsudon. It’s that one food that I still remember eating for the first time, and immediately afterwards *insert exaggerated mind-blown facial expression*

A gyoza on the side would be nice as well. As for drinks, a lemonn
iced tea is my preferred beverage.

Tomato soup with rice! This is something that I love since early childhood. Of course, not just tomato juice from bottle with some spices added. Something more ambitious, based on meat decoction etc. <3

Omg, tomato soup, I used to eat that a lot when I was restricting calories back in the day. Now I can't eat it anymore without feeling like I'm back in anorexia mode, lmao.
