| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- ToG continues to impress every week. Every episode hooks me more and more and this ep built upon that. Some great animation during the selection placement as usual. Anaak and Androssi’s fight was dope. Her origin story explains why she’s got a chip on her shoulder. Can’t wait to see how that resolves itself next week. “ I know all about self indulgent women. I don’t want to let you near her” Shoutout to Khun for being such a bro. Found it hilarious that Hoh tried to flex like he was ok after forming a contract to seem strong lol. I love how every episode is gradually building more and more lore. As someone who’s not had a chance to read much of the manwha yet, it’s some of the best world building I’ve seen. | This episode we learn about more of the side characters including Anak and Endorsi and their family issues. I enjoyed the part when everyone is having interactions with each other and casually becoming friends, it was cute. Also, Khun is such a great friend with Bam trying to protect his feelings on Rachel. this world-building is getting better and the animation seemed more exciting and lively to me. |

| So Anaak isn't really Anaak and that's her mother's name. I wonder what her real name is. Anaak vs Endorsi was nice to see. It looks like Bam's training is going well and I can't wait to see him use Shinsu at its full potential. |

| The episode was ok i guess. They skipped some important informations, and the animation (fight and characters animations) was pretty inconsistent (for a seasonal anime with 13 episodes). Hope they can fix everything if there's a second season. What do you guys think about the animation? |
| Rachel opening her past with Bam to Khun, IMHO is like a ticking timebomb awaiting to (eventually) happen. And Rak, don't be illusive that you care for Bam, HEH. Meanwhile, Anak and Shibisu acknowedging of the former's efforts about the 13 Month weapon series, but Androssi (another Princess of Jahad) calling her a fake? There's some play here...and to make matters worse, their conflict is just the beginning. But meanwhile, the climb up the Tower brings another test: the Position Test. Other than the position benefit to Bam due to his injuries, he definitely is catching up to her while Khun lays dormant on his lies to Bam to make sure that the both of them do not make any contact while fighting for his dream. One way I see it is that everyone's had their troubles in this Position Test, though at the starting stages of their designation. The puller this episode has got to be the cliffhanger of Anak, and her "impostor" status, along with her (quick-paced) backstory. A lizard girl with a license and intention what a damn. This story's just the prologue, but it's still heating up! |

| It was a very good episode. Not my favorite one since it felt a bit static and fast (which I expected), but still one that had a lot going for it. Nice seeing some of Anaak's past near the end of the episode, and seeing Hwa Ryun without the whole black suit on was really neat too. |

| Spear test was too short unfortunately, they are making even more friends/allies now. Anaak is going berserk wtf I still want to know more Rachel, she seems to be subordinate to collective thought though. |

| Best episode so far. It was a little bit over the place, but I'm starting to like this show. Rak, Anaak and Khun scenes were nice. Rachel was a bitch as I thought, as an anime-only, I could see that coming without prior knowledge of the source material. |

HXH is also one of the many stories which utilized this archetype. What matters is that how TOG will develop this revenge story. I know this, you didn't add a new thing, I just fond the show is similar to HxH anyway I don't think it's a bad thing |

Assigning these Positions almost like class selection in an RPG. Bam is of course set to put that Shinsu to use after his big explosion last episode. Along with the girl he hurt pretty bad. Rak aptly assigned to spear bearer with that but lance he's got. Hatz and Shibisu having to make friends was a good laugh. Endorsi has a sharp tongue mouthing off to (fake) Anaak. during their chase fight as well the conversation very entertaining. Khun wanting to protect Bam is sweet. Makes sense with Khun having gone through something similar before. Rachel motivations need more explaining but I like where it's going. Now strapping in for a good one revenge plot with Anaak. Anaak is Anaak child it is clearly stated. |

| You have no idea how much I cheered when Bam walked off with his new companions and left Rachel. (If you couldn't tell, I don't like Rachel) Also, when Hatz said that Khun was ugly he immediately turned to Bam and asked him to prove Hatz wrong oof |
