| Best protagonist would be Maine from Honzuki and best Antagonist would be Askelaad from Vinland Saga to me, not sure about anything else, didn't see enough show to judge. Contrary to previous years no score stroke me as being particularly impressive. So maybe one of the show Kajiura made the score for since it's usually a good pick for that. best fight scene may be that last fight in mob psycho 100 season 2. |

| Why Crunchyroll never brought back the best genres (Best Comedy, Best Drama, Best Slice of Life, etc.) is beyond me. That was a great way to bring attention to under-appreciated shows that weren't the same basic shounen battle boy anime.
