I'm satisfied with that, it was also enough to make Heiji jealous, lol. Aside from that, Sera made also some progress with her investigation and Yusako is getting more concerned regarding Conans secret. |

| i figured it was gonna end like that with him turning back before the real kiss could happen but atleast got some contact but the end makes up for it cause now its finally official between them now the only bad thing is when will we get more of it when will we get more Shinichi cause it took so long to get this hopefully its not to long as these eps are the best with that said Sera finally figured it out but im pretty sure she already knew but had to make sure so will be interesting to see where this goes great mini arc |

For me there are lows and highs. I didn't like the art/animation in the beginning but they evolved for good after 50-80 episodes ect. Liked those changes around the time when the show went HD and it progressed for few years then went down, up again ect. Nowadays they are kind of average. Usually the manga adaptation episodes get better treatment. |
| Well, what can I say... this episode has certainly gone to my top DC episodes and has already become a classic. The adaptation was pretty neat and I really liked how the animation staff handled the kiss scene (even though I'm still kinda mad at Aoyama-sensei for leaving my poor Ran hanging like that). I'm totally rewatching this episode ASAP! :) |

You can check on this list which episodes have a remastered version but I think that it's a strictly japanese option - like watching them on japanese TV or buy the disks. The western stream services and TV stations broadcast only the original versions. |

| Motive for murder is once again stupid. Aoyama needs to be more creative about the motive. It's dumb. Otherwise, there were SOME progression in the romance. The reason it's so slow is because time goes so slowly in the narrative. |

And of course Sera knows you idiot Conan. But who was the girl that ran into Sera at the end? With the hat and glasses in a ponytail. I don't recognize her. |

| And now it's over. Lol, guess it'll be like another 100 episodes before we get back to adapting the manga? Such few main story plot points show up you'd think they only come once in a blood moon. I hope I can finish this anime series before I grow old and die. In all seriousness, I enjoyed this new years special arc a lot; I haven't liked this series this much since the Crimson Love Letter arc. Nice to see Sera finally meet Kudo Shinichi in his true form. After Sera figures out his worst-kept secret along with deducing there's a medicine to reverse her mother's condition, I'm totally pumped to see more of the main plot, however long it takes. Also curious to know who's the girl Okita has a crush on. The sister's brother looks very familiar...like Yaiba's haircut from Gosho Aoyama's other manga. Can't confirm their identities though; whether they're the same borrowed characters but simply crossed over, or just look-a-likes reusing the same character design. | It's funny how we're getting all these Yaiba references in Conan. We actually first got Okita, who's one of Yaiba's rivals at the end of its manga, waaay back in episode 263 (a 2 hours special) where Okita was shown and even described as a Kudo look-alike. On the last kendo episode where we met Okita again (this time as a relevant character), we actually got a glimpse at Onimaru (the bald guy who had to forfeit the tournament) who's pretty much the main antagonist in Yaiba. Finally, that photo we saw almost at the end of this episode showed a grown-up Yaiba and Yaiba's sister (the girl Okita loves) who appeared near the end of the Yaiba manga. |

| Wow! Finally, after 22 so years, 928 episodes and 21 movies they have finally cleared things between them! That was a good watch, ignoring Shinichi's usual sudden need to leave things hanging. |

| Man, can't there just be a cure so Kudo can return to his normal body already and start actually dating Ran? I know it wouldn't be Detective Conan anymore without Conan, but if a franchise like Naruto can be re-started as Boruto, why can't Detective Conan be re-started as Detective Kudo? |

| Finally a cheek kiss and dating after 20 years! Oh boy another 15 years and we can get a proper kiss. Still enjoyed the episode a lot and some plot progress as well with Sera family. There’s going to be like 25 filler episodes in between the 2 main story eps, sigh. Also am I the only one who doesn’t mind if Momiji and Heiji become a thing? |

| It took them 900 episode just to make kiss in the cheek, I bet they need another 1000 episode to get a proper lip kiss lol. Heiji is what you call the best bro, the amount of time this dude cover shinichi in his trouble time, dudes literally the best friend shinichi could ever ask for. Many character refer momiji as oppai which is understandable cause she really have massive "oppai". Shinichi really did the "alele" out of habit, it caught me off guard lmfao. Now that ran and shinichi takes the beginning step in their relationship, I hope their love problem doesn't get in the way of conan in his quest of pursuing the black organisation. Though I'm one of the "haibara x conan" crowd of myself, I kindly hope we still get to see some shinshiho moment in future. Mommy sera is on the move while masumi taking order and that scene of yusaku being concerned.......something big is coming |
