There are no anime dubs in my country, or more exactly, there are no longer any anime dubs in my country that i'm aware of at least.
We used to have some dubs for popular "children" anime, like Pokemon, Naruto(the censored english version of course), Shaman King(same as Naruto)etc.
Also for Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragonball Z and the old Sailor Moon, but i don't really count these three as proper dubs since all they where was a single person(almost always s monotone guy or in Yu-gi-oh's case a single man and a woman with horrible voice acting, and the woman was clearly bored af while doing it)
Usually animation(not just anime) dubs in my country where laughably horrible narrations of a person monotoneously without any sort of emotion reading off a script while you could still hear the original voices, music, sound effects etc in the backround playing.
This was also the case of Sailor Moon where a single guy was doing the voices for all of the characters while you could still hear the original Japanese voices in the background and it was just awful.
Then came modernization and we started getting better quality animation dubs where each role was played by a different voice actor and it got much better, i would say, from what i've seen of animation movies and series recently, including re-dubbed versions of old Disney movies that we have a pretty good quality of dubs in animation right now, sadly no anime are any longer dubbed.
I thought the Pokemon and Naruto(however this one was short lived, only going up to the Chūnin examen arc) dubs where pretty decently done(Pokemon more so, as i'm not sure about the synch in the Naruto dub but i thought the voices matched the characters fairly good).Wasn't too fond of the voices in the Shaman King dub though.
We also has a single channel dedicated to broadcasting anime, only once, in my country, did they try dubbing a more mature anime, and this was "Fullmetal Alchemist", It was by far the best dub in my opinion since it used actually more professional voice actors, but it only went up to before they found Wrath(which i was eager to hear the voice of, but boy, was i disappointed when they instead aired the rest of the anime subbed)
Apparently many people lost their shit over the dub and demanded it be taken off the air or something, and the channel succumbed to their petty threats. The channel didn't last much longer either, it was completely removed from broadcast and replaced with a generic cooking channel or some shit. Too bad, i actually think we could have gotten some quality anime dubs in my country with the way animation dubbing is right now... :(
But there's always people who have to ruin it for the ones who like it....
