| not terrible, but not great the music is decent. CGI is horrible as always, but not unwatchable like others story is pretty interesting, but im not super paying attention. I want her casette player |

| The first episode was meh to me. The girls were cute but the whole thing was too slow. I'll watch the half of the next episode and if it doesn't change a bit I'll drop it |

| The first episode was only shown to the main cast. The animation seems great in terms of the design of the characters and landscapes, although the CGI used in the action scene is questionable; however, no common error is shown in the general animation. The personality of the girls have a bit of base in the common stereotypes, but they maintain a solid position. Also, the music used in this episode seemed great to me, as was the OP. I'm dying to wait for the next chapter. |

| I really liked this! I love first episodes where the plot isn't completely laid out and I love being introduced to characters naturally, without a list of their traits being awkwardly jammed in dialogue. the cgi was a 7 but I loved the directing of the fighting sequence, I thought it was well-thought to cover for the flaws in the cgi. I'm very hooked |

| Coming here only for Katsura's designs and because it's an original project. Getting some very bland and washed out Katsura-like girls + nothing out of the usual. Walkman & videotapes? An heroin playing the cheerful and imaginative girl but "traumatized" by the loss of her (little/twin?) brother. Another self from another world. By the power of magnetic tapes! I still think the eyes were a little small, but the animation ended pretty consistent. Was a good anime. |
| Completely different anime than I first was expecting to be honest! Really impressive setting if you ask me and with that head tilt and other world scenery I made sure this wasn't made by Shaft but to my surprise it wasn't! Still pretty impressive start and I really do wonder what kind of story this series will offer! |

| Hmm idk if i would like the show. But so far its still blurry to me. Need more time to understand the whole story. But, atleast i feel enjoy looking all girls. Asuka had some funny attitude. While the others had many personality that may lead some chaotic problems. The whole SciFi thingy might be fishy. However, since i still dont understand, i couldn't much do a commentary about it. So far the art very smooth and the animation slightly tilting. But its okay to me since this is still in the first run. Lets see in the next episode |

| Not a fan of the CGI, though that's not unusual. I would have liked more of an introduction to the characters, though hopefully we get to know them a little more later on. I think the sound design is pretty good, and I really liked the background scenes, they really appear to be 'lived in' and not just a barren backdrop. not a bad first impression, with the main takeaway being that the Asuka's grandmother clearly has dementia. |

| I really need to know the model of Sony Walkman in this anime. If anyone knows it, please, tell me. P.S. Just saw half of the people who commented on this thread didn't like the 1st episode, but I think they are being too cynical and critical. Wanted to mention that this anime is really good. Although I understand, that those people were watching ongoing and just wanted to say something as soon as they watched first ep., but still, the 1st ep. is probably the most boring episode of this anime, you gotta at least watch 2-3 episodes to have an idea of what you are going to watch and what to expect. But I agree with the plot being predictive, but hey, it is such anime, this doesn't change how fun and cool this anime is. Anyway I only came here for Sony Walkman model, if you know, please, tell me. |
