| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm, I think this episode was alright. It introduced some of the main characters. Seeing this season has a bunch of idol shows, this one was pretty standard. Teru is one of the characters that stood out more compared to the others imo. Tbh, I kinda like his character so far. Not bad for the first episode. I'm really curious to see how they plan to develop the cast in particular Teru and Kaoru (the glasses guy). |

| Ah Kaoru finally spoke. Tsubasa looks happy to see many foods, Plus the Producer is too handsome to think that he is a boy.. They looks happy together and the teachers are there. Ishikawa Kaito.. S.E.M looks happy in the ending.. I'm too happy they used Drive a live as a ending. |

| Surprised there was no singing in this episode beyond the random tryout thing, would have been interesting to have at least given them a song for it, unless we'll be coming back to Dramatic Stars in a future episode. Their version of Drive A Live, though, was always one of my favorites. Interesting way to do the first episode and also innovative male idol protag since hes Teru is so old already and had a professional career. Would have wished his plot was more of a quit lawyer to be an idol instead of just being fired from being a lawyer and now needs something to do. At least he's taking life by the horns. Bring back Jupiter please. |

| So far, it certainly is Idolmaster. And we can finally see (and hear) Producer-san. He seems like a gentle guy, but so far we don't know anything about him yet. | Nice episode, a good introduction of Teru and nicely intertwined with the Episode of Jupiter prologue. Curious to see if each episode will follow a different unit or if everything will be mixed. Either way I don't mind, I enjoy all the characters and units. Mostly excited to see more of Beit and HighxJoker though, and especially Pierre, as they're my favourites. Ahhhh, I'm happy they used Drive A Live as the ED. I hope they use a different version each episode, the hxj one is my personal favourite. |

| now that episode was truly... 315™ the boys were cute, P-kun is handsome, and we got the michiru cameo!!! (ren/takeru next episode pls?) sad that it will be only 13 eps though. split cour maybe....? :/ |

| That was an okay first episode. We're already seeing these three characters reaching their goal to become famous idols. First time seeing a lawyer who decided to become an idol instead. Hehe. Tch. Sakuraba is adorable af, though. Jeez. I feel like he's my fave character out of this anime. Lmfao. Tsubasa's adorable, too, and Tendou well he's okay. Hahaha. From being a lawyer to becoming an idol. Daaaamn. And in the end we were introduced with a whole lot more male characters who wants to be an idol, too. Jesus. Another anime with a lot of bishounen. Fall really is the season of bishounen. Lmfaoo. |

| Didn't expect that Michiru cameo, it was a nice treat <3 I was hoping they'd do a new song for the ED but Drive A Live is good I guess. The ED visuals were cute, they didn't get up to W tho they cameo'd on the magazine Touma had. I wanted them to spend a little more time on the idol recruitment instead of introducing the rest of them right at the end. Overall great animation + I love all the units here, 9/10 |

You're watching a cartoon about a lawyer, a surgeon and a pilot suddenly becoming pop idols. Them acting like anime characters isn't such a hard sell, is it? |

| It was a good episode. Feeling much like the original series. And the ED song was pretty catchy. Its shaping up to be better than that trainwreck that was Cinderella. Hopefully it'll stay that way. |

| Pretty decent start. I don't expect this to be as good as the original Idolm@ster but I hope that it's at least better Cinderella Girls and so far it's looking good in that sense. The President dude is hilarious. xD |

| I really liked it. Got to see the boys of Dramatic Stars come together. And the producer is indeed handsome. <3 I also love that they're using Drive a Live as the ED and I expect them to use each respective units' versions throughout the series? :) |

| Of the 3 male idol anime I'm watching this season, Side M has the strongest start of all. I really liked it, funnier than I expected, and it's not everyday I see idols who didn't start as idols but had other careers and older than your usual ages for idols. Really liking this one, hope it doesn't disappoint. Music sounds pretty nice as well! |

| It was decent. Maybe I was just sleepy but I found it a bit slow and boring. The characters are not very interesting. I guess I've never been a fan of Dramatic Stars in the first place. Knowing this show will focus on the better boys later I'm excited for more. |

| The begining of this one wasnt big. Was an average begining. basically I will continue watching because I lie anime about idols. This one makes the difference only because is dedicated to a male idol group. |
