| You are implying that 2D anime characters would need surgical enhancements to look like they do, but you are wrong since they were 2D to begin with. When people say they 2D > 3D they mean that 2D > 3D, provided 2D is 2D, which is the case, always. So your statement was wrong to begin with, since you assume that people who say they like 2D like 2D in 3D. Think before you post, shitposts have to make sense at least. |

| It's called "art style". The way the artist chooses to present their characters doesn't have to be the same way they actually look in-universe, in fact it can't be. Shoujo eyes are far bigger than any normal human could ever possibly have. Anime teeth look perfect with the exception of yaeba even though Japanese people tend not to seek dental correction until adulthood, male nipples are optional, and hair colours don't have much to do with genetics and are even refered to as being colours that they visibly don't look like (Aya and Shinobu from Kiniro Mosaic both have black hair in-universe but visibly have blue and green hair respectively). |

| To my knowledge, a lot of asians have beauty standards that tend to be influenced by western culture and not anime. Many surgeries south koreans have, for example, are to make them look more caucasian (larger eyes, whiter tan etc). There are rarely plastic surgeries influenced by the existence of anime. |
