So either recommend me a not so well known (or an older one) movie director or your favorite TV anime director. Also, which anime made by that director would you recommend? |

| If you only want something on your PTW, that narrows down you 200~ shows, so fucking click on them and check the front page. Just like someone else would have to do. Main Cast One gender, go to your PTW, Click a series, scroll down to characters, are all the people listed under main the same gender? If yes, then watch. If no, check either the next entry or the next category, just like you would for any other entry dude. It's real easy man. If you were having trouble finding something/didn't know what to watch/whatever then that's fine, but if you're just too lazy to click the series on your PTW, that's lazy as hell, do it yourself, don't ask someone else to do it. Just cause someone else is willing to do the legwork doesn't make it any less lazy. I was just trying to drop it cause i didn't really want to give you the business about it. But dude, look up your own PTR. Also you could always just use google. Do you know how to google? |

I already explained I've looked up several other shows for other challenges, those were the specific genre ones. Also ... I said I'm a person that usually wants to start a show with as little info possible. How is me asking for recommendations on my PTW lazy, people that see specific shows on my PTW list and know about them can easily recommend to me that way, easier than just giving a random show they might not know about. It's basically me asking for rec's ... just with the ease of looking at my PTW. People usually recommend shows because they do know about them, not just a random show they've never heard about. Again I still don't understand why you're so upset at me asking for recommendations ... "being lazy" has absolutely NOTHING to do with it. Isnt the discussion thread to ask about the AWC and rrecommendations, stop being hung up on the fact that I asked for my PTW. If you're too lazy to go through your own PTR to find out stuff that is literally on the front page of the entry, then why should anyone else do it for you? You aren't asking for recs, you're asking for people to look at your PTR and tell you which categories fit which shows because you don't want to. I never said I was too lazy, you implied I was, I only asked if people had recommendations based on my PTW anime, as I wanted to shrink that list a bit. If people know of certain anime on my PTW that fit certain challenges, why not let them recommend them to me! :) I'm not fond of getting to know certain aspects of a show, therefore I ask. | I need to prepare for the "watch an anime that another user has watched for this challenge" item - what's the best anime you've watched for this season's challenge?? :) Also, I have a question reg "watch an anime that starts with the same last letter as your username". My letter is "E", and I found surprisingly few good options until another user reminded me of Erased, a show I've been wanting to watch. However, Erased's original title is Boku dake ga Inai Machi, aka it doesn't start with "E". Will it still count, or do I have to pick an anime whose official MAL page title starts with "E"? thanks in advance for any help! |

| Another question: does Ping Pong The Animation qualify for the "Watch an anime that focuses on non-romantic relationships" item? Just from reading the synopsis and reviews, it seems like a big part of the story revolves around the friendship between two boys, but I might be mistaken.. Is friendship secondary to other main themes of the story so I should choose something else instead? |

Alright, I have a few to pick from: ~ Major - If you're up for it. - It has a lot of seasons but following a boy that loves baseball and see him tansform was oddly satisfying to watch. ~ Black Lagoon - A fast paced action packed anime. - I watched it in English dubbed but I'm sure the Japanese dub is equally as good. ~ Shiki - One of the best vampire anime out there, you'll probably be questioning who to root for at some point. ~ Usagi Drop - A very light-hearted and sweet anime about a man who has to adopt a girl that his family refused to do. ~ Dennou Coil - A very cool sci-fi anime revolving around augmented reality glasses, trying to figure out the person behind a virus. ~ Toradora - One of the best romance anime I've experienced. - You'll cry / laugh and be happy all at the same time :D |

It's got other stuff going on, but the relationship between Smile, Peco, & their coaches (+ the stuff with their rivals) was a pretty big part of the show (I haven't seen any of the other 'e' shows listed, but Eve no Jikan was really good btw!
