Well there is some romantic hints in laters volumes, but

If I were to guess, either Eris or Megumin. Darkness may just have a shot aswell, though I have my doubts on her over Megumin or Eris.
Additionally, Aqua isn't that bad a choice either - her and Kazuma does have more similarities than anyone else. I could see some potential in her really, but it seems far harder for her to fall for Kazuma than any of the others.

Aqua may fall in love with him, as he's infinitely smarter, funnier and more useful than her. But hopefully he doesn't fall in love with her, that would be fairly tedious to watch.

just finish the WN just now but I don't think the LN will follow the same as LN since there is so many different between the LN and WN but just want to share a bit about the aqua arc in the WN

It seems that in the WN there's Demon Lord Army Leader who is a dark priest that tries to join the Kazuma's party but fail since Aqua demanding Kazuma to not let her into the party since it will make Aqua who is an arch priest becomes useless if the dark priest, Serena join the group.

At first Serena's identity as the dark priest of Demon Lord Army is still not known by Kazuma first but due to Wiz calling out to her when she is with Kazuma in her real name and telling that she is her roommate back at the Demon Lord Castle.

After that Kazuma make a contract with Serena saying that he will keep secret about Serena Identity but with the condition of not hurting Kazuma's party member and Kazuma doesn't try to stop what Serena is going to do at the Axel town.

After that Serena starts to brainwash the Adventurers at Axel making Aqua becomes depressed because everyone starts to hate her because of Serena. Kazuma who can't stand with Aqua's depression start to fight alone with Serena and after he finally wins Serena cast the death spell on him making kazuma dead and meet Eris. Eris told Kazuma that when the Demon Lord is defeated the heaven request that Kazuma give Aqua back to the heaven.

After Aqua heard that from Kazuma, She starts to tell Kazuma to go defeat the demon king. After seeing that Kazuma doesn't want to defeat the demon lord, Aqua by herself went to the Demon Lord castle to defeat the demon lord. Kazuma who heard that want to chase after Aqua but after meeting Mitsurugi who also wants to help to find aqua and discovering a way for himself to becomes powerful he lets mitsurugi goes first to find Aqua.

After that Kazuma defeats the demon lord sacrificing himself usingthe Explosion magic. and is given a new chance by eris to live again at japan as a rich man with his ideal wife or live in that world again with a new cheat. At the epilogue which shows eris talking with Kazuma Eris said many things about megumin and darkness also said something about Aqua should already realized that she also has fallen in love with Kazuma

It could be that the author decides to do more before giving the same ending.

well LN really so much longer and really different from WN for example the one that makes Kazuma goes into debt is not Aqua. But most of those are filler such as volume 4 and 8

Akatsuki-sensei said the vol after the next will be a story about Aqua.
But she said it's still in the middle of writing so nothing is certain.

I think they should incorporate romance, I'll always be fine with that. But if they hint at any romance between aqua and kazuma I will throw up in my mouth and this show will go straight to 1/10 even if they don't animate it.

Its impossible, Aqua and Kazuma hated each other (sometimes), If he had a relationship with someone in his party it would be a big misunderstanding. Actually I have to say its megumin, luna or Wiz he has feelings for them.
