| I'm indifferent about politics. It's important in the world, but it stirs up a lot of animosity between people. I do enjoy talking about it sometimes, but only with people who don't have a thick skull. Politics is a risky topic to touch. It can completely change another person's view of you because politics are that closely related to what kind of person or what your beliefs are. I try to avoid it most of the time unless I am required to say something on the subject matter. |

I'm not part of any party though and I don't like the fact that most parties would rather score some points in a political ball game than actually help their country. I don't love politics, but I don't hate it either. I dislike a lot of politicians though, when they put their politician hat on, and try to make everyone who doesn't believe in them a bad guy. I guess you could say that I hate the players, not the game. |

| I would say I don't care about politics, but it would be false. I am against politics in America because the political world is overpopulated by elderly, white men who cannot think of changing policies to conform with the changing times. This overpopulation sets back the positive changes society tries to go through, such as the acceptance of LGBT. Also, there is no use in voting in presidential elections, unless one lives in a swing state, because the electoral college would just vote according to which political party the state is associated with- for example California would vote for the Democratic Party, and Texas would vote for the Republican Party. The lack of choice in our presidents is a huge deal, since America is based on democracy. |

| Technically, I do like politics, proven by the fact that I love works that incorporate political elements into them. However, I feel like I'm only allowed to express my opinion on things once I understand them completely. Fiction allows this, as everything is laid out before you unadulterated. But in real life... it gets complicated. It's uncertain whether you're getting all sides of the issue you haven't come across in person, or where to look if you really aren't getting them. It's uncertain what agenda the people are holding, whether it's a good one or a bad one. As such, I can't comment almost anything relating to politics. On top of which, I possess a terrible lack of interest towards things not directly relating to me. It really doesn't help. At all. In anything. I do know that there are people out there who are surprisingly adept at navigating through all this. I'd like to be one of them, but until my primary interests shift from excessive escapism to reality... I don't care. |
