Tomoka Minato is a bit more obvious 1) Her age is early pubescent (11-12y) 2) Many pre-pubescent qualities I havn't watched the show so I can't say if she is just a "cute" character or if she is sexualised. Keep in mind the definition of lolicon is the ATTRACTION to these kinds of girls. |

| There can be ambiguity between being a loli and simply being petite. Though the two are typically easy to tell apart. If a female character looks and like she is in the prepubescent stage of development, then I would consider her a loli. |
