| School Days, Higurashi, Madoka Magica ... those two kept me on the edge of my sanity whenever I'd follow an episode. Its not just the gore but either the storyline (Higurashi and Madoka) or the because of some events occuring in the show (School Days). I enjoyed watching all three titles one way or another Elfen Lied wasn't really disturbing on my part; looking at it objectively, it was basically a bunch of people trying to contain a test subject run amuck (sounds like something out of Resident Evil). If anything, it was all about the gore which is disturbing he first few tries but you see it normally as you progress through the show since it eventually becomes expected (well for me at least). |

Considering that that's a game it's obvious that they used the route of someone who played it out of sexual frustration and the character got what he deserved for messing with alot of girls , with arrogance to be the cherry on the cake . Alot of girls would do that to you if you'd do that if killing wasnt illegal , alot of us would kill if they are cheated if that wouldnt be illegal . Sekai wasnt mental unstable , Makoto did that to her . Let's , please , not start again the same bullcrap discussion.... I'm bored of it and I dont feel like discussing. |

| Shingeki ! "Sad" moments are so funny (well, "ridiculous" would have been a better word), the story is worthing 3 peanuts. A typic shonen for prepubescent otaku looking for adrenaline. But each episode (until the 7th, 'am not strong enough to continue) was able to make me laugh, good point. And Blood-C (no need to explain). OOHH ! And Nazo' too (which I only finished thank's to the x4 speed reading and my day blocked at my girlfriend's house... without my girlfriend.) (I should try with Shingeki too...). |

I don't usually watch stuff that's conceptually fucked up (which is funny considering I watch hentai). Usually when I say "conceptually fucked up," I mean shit like incest, torture, and other random mindfuckery. |
| Can't decide between School Day, the 1st season of Higurashi and FLCL. School Days because of the out of the blue ending. Higurashi for obvious reasons: before the 2nd season too many facts were hidden from the spectators. and the explicit gore, especially the scene FLCL on the other hand is just exhausting as heck. They've packed so many metaphors in this series and used such an extremely fast pacing that you had no idea what was going on for the most part. Unless you have the time on your hand to encode all those metaphors / scenes. Which I hadn't. |
