Thanks for that. I've been watching Parasyte and I really like it so far. I'm going to have to check out Higurashi. It sounds interesting. I've also heard great things about Oyasumi Punpun. I've been planning on reading it for a while, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. Any other manga of those genres that you could reccomend?

Hello there. I am commenting on your profile. From what I can see you have pretty interesting tastes in anime. Do you have any good horror, psychological, and tragedy anime that you could recommend for me? I like anime of those genres but I've seen very few of them.

We're a four season country too. I think that's the case for most northern hemisphere countries though. However, for us, there isn't that much rain in the Summer (this year at least), it never snows in Autumn but it snows in the spring a lot. xDDD

NOPE. Not really. My parents are horrible a lot of the time and I'm pretty sure I've mentioned my dad is a miser. Like for example, when we went back to China, our grandparents and uncle both gave me and my brother the equivalent of £1,000 in Chinese yen (to make up for all the festivals and birthdays they missed since we've only been back to China twice).
What did my parents do? Use it as thank you money and give it right back. They should of just used their own. It's not like we're that poor. =__________=

Real Chinese food... hmmm... lemme see... just mixtures of vegetables and oil stir-fried in a wok? Not much sauce usually if at all. Lots of rice as the staple. Not the dry type, the sticky sushi-rice type... or at least in my house. However, noodles are usually eaten during celebrations or made into a stir-fry mix using leftover ingredients whenever people are in a rush. Dumplings and meat-buns are also traditionally eaten for celebrations but hey, my mom makes them once in a while anyway.
Protein wise, they eat a lot of pork and tofu, often stir-fried into the vegetables. Sometimes chicken, beef and seafood too, but not as often.
Peking/hoi-sin duck is probably one of the very few dishes that are similar inside and outside of China. xD
The only thing that I don't like about Mexican food is that they use a lot of beef. I'm very much a seafood person. xDDD

I went to one event - the women's table tennis semi-finals. There was one japanese woman and the other three were some form of Chinese. I think one of them may have been from Hong Kong or Taiwan but meh... practically China all the same. xDDD
My dad and brother went to the canoeing or sailing... can't remember which one. xD
It was rainy then and it was outdoors so I'm glad I didn't go. xDDD

I'm with my class for english and the three sciences... and I suppose the core lessons where we don't get exams. Since we all chose different subject combinations (although I guess some people's will be the same), everyone's put into different classes but there will always be other girls from my class and the other that I don't like in all my classes. xD

The new SSB looks great - they have Megaman! o.o - but I swear it's just for Wii-U... I don't have one. =_______=

The strangers on the street would think we're retarded, be scared about the number of times I hit/punch/push/pinch/bite/step on my friend and leave to call the police. xDDD

I'm guessing that if this is crazy weather, it's better in the USA then?
Not really so much anymore. I mean, there's Chinese new year which we never forget to do... but to be honest, all we (as in me and my brother) do for it is beg our parents for money or presents. xDDD
I HATE Chinese food. With a passion now. Ok, I don't hate it, but I don't find it anything special. There are a few nice dishes, but Italian, Japanese and Mexican are my type of thing. Paella is really nice too. xDDD
Btw Chinese takeout and restaurant food is nothing like proper Chinese food. xDDD

I loved Death the Kid but I never watched the Soul Eater dub so I can't judge whether the VA is any good or not. xDDD
I'm used to the subway now. We used it a lot during the London Olympics because it was practically free travel around London. xD

Hmmm... whaddya mean by same classes? Since it's Year 10-11 for me, then I have chosen certain classes to drop from previous years but the timetable for classes is completely different each day. xD
I could never manage to spam with the thunderbold since I missed a lot of the time or people just kicked me off. xD With Kirby's object transform they can't really damage you so it was much safer. xDDD Only my brother's a sore loser. Everyone else I played with just accepted the fact that I pwned them. xD

I wish I had someone to play pictionary with. My family would be useless and since I always meet with my friends in town, it would be hard to find a place to play it. xD

It's awful in the UK. Until July, it was non-stop rain and snow. Now, it's boiling. We're in a drought. I'm dying. I can't sleep in this weather... and I really can't be bothered to do my homework in this weather either sooooo if that excuse works then yay! If not which it obviously won't then I'm screwed~

They're not super strict anymore after the events of year 8 and 9 but they certainly aren't easy going. I would say my mom is an over-worrying, OCD-ed clean freak more than a strict control freak or anything else. My dad's just a miser who's scary when he gets mad... He used to hit me and my brother quite a lot but I don't remember anything recently. XD

Looool, I have a friend who's a yaoi fanBOY. Well... not completely... bot sort of. Most of the couples he ships are boy x boy. Two others are a bit like that too, but they just care 'cause of the guys. They like all the guys. xD
Most of my friends are into anime and manga. I mainly hang out with them BECAUSE they do so we have plenty of things to argue talk about.

I wanna wait til the next chapter. I don't like reading one chapter at a time because I feel sort of disconnected with the story, if you know what I mean. When I read or watch something, I prefer to marathon it.

She is absolutely adorable. I've always thought of her as a K-On! and magical girl anime lover from appearance... turns out, some of her favourites are Shingeki No Kyojin, Mirai Nikki and Elfen Lied. xD

Maybe, maybe not. I know they're doing a 3DS release of a persona game. It hasn't been confirmed whether it's a remake, port or an original.

The screenshots are from Persona 3 Portable. It's when you get Akihiko and Ken to both be your lovers and take them both along with Junpei to Tartarus and talk to them. I considered getting Ken just to be able to read all the conversations... in the end, I decided against it. It feels so awkward telling an 11 year old you love them. O_O

I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN! I actually loved Tokyo Mew Mew when I was about 8 and Sailor Moon. Looking back on 'Mew Mew Power', I few so ashamed of myself. xD
Plus, after watching the last season of Sailor Moon which was only available in sub, I was just like 'Ok, why the fuck isn't the english one this standard?'. xD
I like watching subs because I can learn Japanese from them. But that's just my preference.

I'm the same about Madoka. I found her so irritating until the last too episodes too. But after that, she was perfectly fine. Besides, I don't think I could ever hate her anymore since my super cute kouhai cosplayed as her for an anime convention in London. xD
Ditto to the friend part. I felt sorry for her. But that didn't make me like her. She treated Homerun too badly. >.<

It's in the making but I have a feeling it's gonna be like the wait for Gyakuten Saiban 5. They'll probably make everyone wait several years. =_=
Yukari is just plain annoying. Her voice annoys me. Her face annoys me. Her attitude to Junpei annoys me. (I really like Junpei in a non fangirl way. He's a pretty epic character. Plus, JunpeiXChidori is just... <3 <3 <3). I wasn't a big fan of Ken but some of the scenes in Tartarus make me laugh:

Yep, Homerun (xD) is my favourite. Because of both appearance and personality growth. I think she's so sweet and hated how she was treated like the villain.
Ryoko's my second favourite (yaaay for sweet toothed characters!) but I pretty much like all of them. I'm not a huge Sayaka fan but I definitely don't hate her or anything.

1 and 2 weren't that good apparently. As the persona series progresses, it gets better. However, 3 will always be my favourite because I loved or liked all the characters apart from Yukari. xD Can't wait for 5.

Nintendo makes the TV anime?!? I had no idea. xD
I really need to pay attention to these things. I only ever check if I want a series to get a sequel to see whether the producers often do that or not.
