| Holy shit did the King age within the span of a year. I guess the situation with his daughter really got to him. But, shit, Guts was nuts here. He was "Berserk", definitely. Shades of the Black Swordsman that he becomes. I forgot to mention it last chapter, but I'm pretty sure that Griffith was trying to choke Guts when they first met. He's been giving him and Casca one hell of a stare down. |

| The King did not have a very good year. Eww... Is it possible that Gutts could be half demon? Even with all the training he's done, he's still WAY too strong to be a normal human. We have no clue who his father is. All we know for sure is that his mother was hanged. Perhaps she was hanged for some demonic/pagan sex act...and Gutts was/is the end result. |
