| Ok, Episode 1 was awesome, lol. I loved the unleashing of Kyoko's deamons, muwahahah :) I think they did a great job at capturing the feel of the manga, with all the switches to SD and Kyoko's insane reactions :D Her original hairstyle and look really reminded me of Pai from 3x3 Eyes for some reason ^^ Anyway, that rocked, I can't wait for more :D Makes me want to re-read the manga! |

| Just watched it RAW! I love this show! Kyoko is amazing! That girl.......I WANT HER TO KICK THAT SHITTY ASS SHO GUY! I am serious! I HATE what he did to her at the end........in one word: BETRAYER OF A SCUM! THe girl was so much with him friendly and I even saw potential in romance but noooooooo he had to choose BIT** woman to get fame faster! Hope he gets at least insulted if he is defeated....HE BETTER COME BACK TO HER! *Mod edit* |

| I was going to wait for a sub, but I couldn't help myself and just watched the raw. The art style seems oddly ... old-looking. I don't have a problem with just that, but it looks kind of cheap too :/ (Oh, well, shoujo aren't known for having big budgets.) But it was really awesome to see a manga that I adore in anime form, so yeah. I really like how Skip Beat tosses out the shoujo cliche of the girl in love with the jerk within the first episode. I just hope the anime can go through the source material at a good pace (where I'm at in the manga, around what will be v. 21, things are kind of dragging ...). |

| Well I wanted to wait for good subst but I found it on youtube. Yeah, I know, the quality is not the best, but I couldn't make myself wait. Yeah, I agree that the art is not one of my favourites, feels like late 90s. But I did enjoy the storyline. The guy's a bastard and she saw through him already, so there's no way this is going to be boring. Now I'm very curious and hardly can wait for the next episode. |

| Eh, it barely held my interest. I didn't like Sho to begin with but that's deliberate since his head is in the clouds. But I didn't like Kyoko either, and yet I'm supposed to root for her. And the premise for the plot.....meeeeh. |

| I thought it was really good. It feels like the Itazura na Kiss for this season. Sho, when he makes his chibi face, looks just like Imadori from School Rumble lol. I agree, Sho's an ass clown. |

| I already love the skip beat manga and was wondering if the anime can live up to the original (I'm really picky with anime adoptions). I have to say, they did a good job. Some things were still just better in the manga, but Nakamura-sensei's style is something special anyway and can't be animated without some loss IMO. The voice actors seem also ok for now. On one hand I wonder why it took them that long to make an anime of skip beat, the manga is running for several years now, on the other hand I'm happy that they have now much source material from the man Kyoko is my hero! *_* |

| I think they didn't make Skip Beat into an anime sooner coz they couldn't end it well since we couldn't really tell with who Kyoko'll be (Oh God make KyokoxRen together plizzzzz) and when you watch a shojo anime, in the last eps they always kinda show ZE couple lool (In mostly what I saw lol) Now, It "seems" that Kyoko'll be with Ren so I'm sure the show will tend to that... | Haha great premise and it's quite funny too. I almost dropped it after the first half, but I'm going to watch at least the second episode ;) I guess she'll go for Ren and become an idol or something like that to make Shotarou jealous. Not THAT original but still enjoyable. |

| There were definitely classic Kyoko moments in that first episode - which I was so ecstatic to see. The animators captured the full dynamic of her personality very well, so I thought. I can't wait to see if they can do justice to the whole story line. |

I was about to shut it off and pretend I had never seen it. When she was apologising to him I was thinking "Oh great. Let me guess Mary-sue? You're going to work your hardest for your friend whose a complete douchebag who you will fall in love with so he can follow his dream and you can stay barefoot in the kitchen? Go cry Mary-sue. Go fucking cry. OH WAIT. OH SHI" Then everything turned AWESOME. |
