 According to Kodansha Comic's official blog, Kodansha has licensed several new titles for English release.
Kodansha also announced The Sailor Moon Art Book that will feature work from all five Japanese Sailor Moon art books. The book will be full color and have bonus material. Source: Kodansha Comics Blog |

| The following manga have STILL not been licensed: Sora no Otoshimono To Love Ru, and To Love Ru Darkness Sekirei THE WORLD GOD ONLY KNOWS! Seriously, what is Kodansha, Yen Press, and Viz waiting for???? These are VERY POPULAR manga, especially TWGOK and To Love Ru Darkness....they would literally fly off the shelves! It's so frustrating! |

| Never thought for one second Sankarea would get licensed so this good news, heard a lot about vinland saga so i'll give it a shot. But I have to say why are Kodansha USA giving us so little. weekly shonen magazine has tons of interesting ongoing series right now yet all we have is Cage of Eden and Fairy tail. give me any sports manga from WSM and I'll be very happy, Hajime no Ippo, Ahiru no Sora, Daiya no Ace, Area no Kishi or Baby Steps. plenty to choose from, all I ask is one. would really like them to release code: breaker or Kimi no iru machi as I'm a fan of both authors previous works (Samurai Deeper Kyo & Suzuka) point is Kodansha have so many manga why only 4, they should try to do a shonen magazine imprint like Viz do with Jump and even sunday though it pales compared to the jump line. though lately Viz are sliding with licenses as well, only 5 from the past 7 years of JUMP. (Bakuman, Nura, Toriko, Psyren & Ral Grad) and when will we get more shonen sunday manga (Magi, kenichi, kami nomi) cmon guys I need more manga filling my book shelves lets get a lot more series released please. |

| Very nice, will definitely be picking up Sankarea, Vinland Saga, and No. 6. I'm also in agreement with other posters here, would be nice to have more licenses. Not that I'm complaining mind you, glad that new titles are being brought out here. |
| This news got me so excited. I already have bought Vinland Saga in Japanese, but considering I don't understand it all too well, I can't wait to be able to pick up the english version as well. I'm also hoping to buy Fairy Tail at some point, so seeing a monthly release is a bonus. Sankarea is also another must-buy for me. |

| Maybe I'll buy Sankarea. I didn't like the anime very much, but I'm still interested in the manga. The other stuff either doesn't look interesting to me or I already buy the series from a german publisher (Tokyo Mew Mew, Vinland Saga). BTW, I agree that a publisher should finally release Sora no Otoshimono and/or Sekirei...I love those series and want to buy the manga... |

Also, the problem with To Love ru is that there are lolis in that manga and they show them nude on various occasions (Mikan and Nana especially). So actually, To Love Ru might never make it to the U.S.....unfortunately :( There shouldn't be any problems with TWGOK, Sekirei or Sora no Otoshimono though, I really don't know why they haven't released those. |

What sellers want is for people to actually pick up the book and not just look at it and pass it up. People will pick up Sankarea and think "What does Sankarea mean? What's it about?" and then read through to find out it's the name of a girl. If I were to see a manga titled "Undying Love", I'd pass right by it, because it sounds like a badly titled fanfiction.
