| Vivi kept it under control, what would the crew do without her. She's really growing on me. However, I do feel like her making a very small deal about being shot will be foreshadowing for it coming to bite her later in the worst moment.. but let's hope not. I was wondering how an island would be nameless, but now I get it. This island is really fascinating. They were under a corrupt monarchy until some supposed warlords attacked and took down their kingdom causing their horrible king and his army to flee. Now they're trying their best to create a peaceful country from scratch, banding together but constantly fearing their old kings return. Dalton seems like a really good guy and I liked how he realized that Vivi and Usopp were staying outside in a display of support like they're going to fight too and how he smiled and joined them. Really really interesting, snowy places are always the best, I mean we got a witch santa, killer gorilla rabbits, and hiking bears, what more could you want? Zoro and Karoo are a duo I never knew I wanted. I hope we get to see more of them. And how Zoro to use the time on a freezing cold island to swim in the freezing cold water for training. Husbando. Also, points to Luffy for slapping Nami and getting her to agree to him carrying her up the mountain. I loved his argument that if they fall, they'll fall in snow. And I loved the scene where Luffy and Sanji argued about the dumbest rumors and casually dodged the baby evil rabbit. Overall a really fascinating episode for world building and character. Looking forward to continuing this arc. |
| Vivi's resolve as a calm and collected peacekeeping leader is very admirable because it got them out of an otherwise fatal situation for both sides. It's very inconvenient but they're going to have to take Nami up that big-ass mountain filled with those giant white Big Chunguses if they want her to get better. |

| Fortunately, things simmered down, thanks to Vivi's diplomatic approach Dalton seems like a really chill guy. A 140 y/o witch doctor huh? A crew of only 5 pirates destroyed the whole Drum Kingdom? And the captain was called Blackbeard. That is an important plot point alright. He definitely seems like a big bad character. Also, Wapol, the guy we met a while back, was the former king of this kingdom. And now, he's returning. Oh damn, the Lapins aren't small rabbits lol. |

| Ohh look some cute little bnnuys xD At this point this looks like a "longer" Ark. They have to climb up that stoopid mountain, Nami has to be healed, they have to kick that dudes butty butt again once and for all. Many things on the ToDo List before leaving. |

| Really did enjoy the episode, the stuff involving the "not polar bears" was funny, Vivi has really made as her own as a character and I like that, showing abit of leadership when Luffy was being a little bit irrational when it looked like she was shot for good. Very good comedic episode with a mixture of serious moments here. It sounds like Blackbeard is gonna become a big deal with this show I mean there is no way they'd mention a famous pirate like Edward Teach and then NOT have him featured in a show about pirates like One Piece. I will say the island is fascinating, Dalton intitally seemed like a hostile person but him and the other townsfolk were only trying to protect their island because they thought the Straw Hats were invaders so makes sense why he'd be like that to them at first. He does generally seem a good man otherwise. Not only do we have a witch but we also have gorilla like rabbits that are obstacles to Luffy and Sanji. Overall I will say this was a really interesting episode and really enjoyable at the same time. Just nothing to do it really. |
