| Nominate a character from an anime or manga series that you believe is particularly unique, well developed, and has nearly flawless execution in their given roll. RULES: 1. If you wish to nominate a character from an anime series that series must be completed. 2. If you wish to nominate a character from a manga series that is still running, then one of these two special requirements must apply: a) If the series is released on a weekly basis it must have at least 312 completed chapters - or have been in publication for at least 6 years. b) If the series is released on a monthly basis it must have at least 72 completed chapters - or have been in publication for at least 6 years. 3. You may only nominate 1 character per week 4. Series may receive multiple nominations and it will increase their likely hood of being chosen. However, any series may only receive a maximum of 5 nominations per week. 5. Unchosen nominations from previous weeks will have their nominations roll over to the next week until they are finally chosen.
