| Weird animation continues. It's like they ran out of budget or saving it for more exciting episodes which might not be anytime soon. Ranma shouldn't have pitied Happosai. That guy is a legit criminal with 0 redeeming qualities. |
| Happosai is not funny at all if the only thing known from him is being super perverted and the strongest one at the same time. It's just unfair and annoying to watch this kind of character steer up the show too much. It's damn annoying when the characters pull out or do something really stupid stretching the show by not solving the issue. Wonder why Ranma out of all character is the one that take pity on him. Oh, the two fathers are also terrible too not just their master. |

| Happosai is the primary reason I can't recommend anyone watch or read Ranma 1/2 without like seventy asterisks, despite me enjoying the series. (Among a few other reasons.) |

| Another Happosai focused episode, I’m not against that but it was a shame to see Ranma pity him after all the fuckery he’s committed already lol. Also that part where Genma and Happosai grew huge was kinda random, seemed like we could have got a kaiju battle but they both used too much energy I guess. Also yeah it did seem like this episode didn’t look that good in several parts, I guess a long running series is gonna have some episodes like that, and it’s not that this episode necessarily demanded amazing production anyway. Hopefully what’s to come is better. |
| The first half of the episode infuriated me. I really do not like Happosai. The second episode was far more entertaining, though. Happosai is probably one of my least favourite characters, and I'm always glad for an episode he's not in. But this is all Happosai being the super pervert he is. |
