| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The series is starting to become alot more interesting and they just revealed a peace of the truth behind itachi's massacre to his family and sasuke revenge. Pretty soon the truth of their past will be revealed, can't wait for that. Ohniki flat kicked some ass. To bad we didn't get to see Tsunada new jutsu. But next episode we will and i guess finally the showdown against Kabuto is going to begin. The animation is improving to which i like although i didn't like that silhouette of hashirama they shown lol. This episode was pretty great though and its following the manga with out all that damn filler, everyone that said this episode was filler in the previous discussion was wrong. |

| Good episode overall. There wasn't so much filler compared to last episode so it made it a hell of alot better in that way alone. |

| Sasuke's voice actor was so brilliant in this episode. I really liked this episode, but Sasuke meeting Itachi was probably my favorite part. Just a combination of good voice acting and a good background music left a good impression on me, but the Madara part was decent as well. I'm glad they didn't drag Ohnoki's flashback, and the animation seemed pretty decent for the most part . 4/5. link9us said: That should be pretty awesome, always looking forward to new openings. | This episode was pretty great . The Animation is improving , though the ep. 331 wasn't that good . But with this episode , it is clear that the Animation is improving . Madara's part was pretty badass , and Tsunade's speech was pretty badass too . Glad that they didnt stretch Onoki's flashback . Itachi's and Sasuke's meet was epic . I didn't excpet them to make the meeting good . This is one of my favourite episodes :) 5/5 |

| Is it me or is it getting hot in here? I mean that literally btw. The OST played during Sasuke/Itachi's reunion was actually decent. I haven't heard it in a while. Time to destroy Kabuto :3. I'll look forward next to next time since it'll likely be switching between both battles. (less so on Kabuto's side probably) |

| I can't really say much about this episode, but preview for the next one and only 1 sentence I consider important said by Itachi: "Every jutsu has a weakness". P.S. I never considered Tsunade great character, heck, I never considered her even interesting. After this episode even more. Madara pretty much said it all, she's a descendant of 1st and she's nowhere near his levels, in anything. That's ok, somewhat, but almost every fight she had she was subpar. For someone that's supposed to be strongest shinobi in a village and supposed to be ultimate protector I can think of at least 3-4 people in that village that can do better job than her. Now, not to be misunderstood, I don't hate her, I just think her "script" could have and should have been better. The way she's presented so far is lacking, seriously lacking. It's a shame 1st never had better flashbacks and stuff, since all that's said and written about him (including all Madara says) points out he was one of the most badass characters in their universe ever. |

I just can't fathom how people would not consider this a quality episode. Unless your just one of those fans that love action and only action. Just some other villian in the way that they have to kill with no reason? I for one like how they give all these revelations and history into these characters. It gives them a scene of realism within the history and universe of naruto and not just some generic villains that just need to be killed for the sake of being killed cause ther in the way. Truthfully their really is no clear cut out villain in the series, every one has their own ideals and ambitions, what caused them to go rogue or turn evil. Their is always an explanation and thats what i like about it personally. |

Because yeah, I do. I do know quite a bit about his backstory and I enjoy it (for as much as is known about his past), but I don't have to see it five times in two episodes' time (exaggeration, true, but I hope you get what I mean). Character development and depth are actually pretty important to me. I'm not someone who watches Naruto (or any other anime for that matter) just for the action, not at all. I never stated I did not deem this a quality episode either, so I just hope everything you said was solely rhetorical. |

| Awesome episode. Whew it really felt like Itachi took a very long time to reach Kabuto. But of course I know he didn't. It's just so many things happening at the same time so it took up a lot of episodes before showing him reaching Kabuto. Can't wait for next episode~ Wonder what Tsunade's power will be like O.o haha |

| Glad that the flashback isn't long. Lawl at Madara's insult toward Tsunade. They could've done better with Sasuke and Itachi reunion, I mean it should be more dramatic but it just as dull as it was in the manga. Just Sasuke asking stuff we already know. |

| She'll accept that she can't do Wood Style/Relese, her medical jutsu isn't on par with her grandfather, and admit that she might as well be a weak Senju but never insult her as a woman. Mizukage in the background while she did that was very fitting. At least Tsunade didn't back down from Madara's trash talking, props to Tsunade. |

| Just watched the preview and noticed that Tsunade thinks she is worthy of smiling in front of the great Madara Uchiha. Clearly she doesn't know her place. Clear cut evil is boring. Right, it makes the characters more humanized. You can have sympathy for them, get angry at them, yell at them or be sad for them and the way they turned out. Cause and effect of what created them into such an ill intent being. Everyone was normal at some point just like any human when they grow up. I have seen countless series where the villains are just cootie cutter villains, plain and simple, they are the main antagonists and just ill intent, with omnipotent evil, but their is no explanation as to how they went down that path of blood shed and insanity. In naruto their, kishimoto clearly outlines every character and gives them their own distinct back-story that ties into the story line. Rather it be cliche or not, that is up to you to decide i guess but it still outlines those humanized characteristic personalities and give them a reason for being brought into being. Well madara is really leagues above the rest of them, he looks down at all of the shinobi like mere ants for his enjoyment. Compared to everyone else in the alliance including the 5 kage, this battle is mere sport to him. I was not just directing the entire message to you. Kabuto's back story is very little though. We really do not know enough bout him. If it is, you will probably really enjoy the upcoming episodes that involve lots of back story and lots of new development. The historical aspect of the series dives pretty deep. Action is great and all. Its no A1 studio or studio IG but if the studio does a some what great job of pulling off the animation and depicting the fluid motion picture as is the case when you watch many movies, then it can be really enjoyable but personally for me story and characters are the two main important elements that i enjoy in an anime series. Moments in naruto such as when naruto learned bout the attack of the nine tails on konoho and how the kyubii was sealed inside naruto, how tobi has connections to his past. That was a moment i won't ever forget and that is honestly probably one of my favorite moments in naruto. Or when naruto found out bout Minato being his father and the truth about his seal, when they revealed the deep backstory behind the akusaki organization and how it came to be with the ame orphans. Stuff like that i what i consider some of the best moments in naruto as an example, and will be seeing epic moments like that coming up in due time. |
