I didn't like this episode as much as the first. Why did the police chick care so much about Eve after just recently having met her?
Also, the plot didn't seem as interesting as the first episode. The action scenes were still cool, though.

This show is pretty gory! The music makes everything feel really eerie, which I just love.

A prostitute that works for herself isn't anything new, but her being a boomer changes the whole dynamic there, if they 1. were made to serve people and 2. can feel emotion (in this case, pleasure).

I wonder if boomers really don't have souls...hmm

So this is the third Konaka show (after BGC and Lain) that mentions NAVI.

Michaelson's stand-off against the boomer was definitely the action highlight of the episode. The character designs allow for such expressive facial features, I love it.

The part with the mysterious girl with a ball encouraging a robot to embrace humanity/emotions smells like Malice@Doll.
