| Yuuko stabbing herself with the pen and destroying planets was the key part of this episode in my opinion. Poor Sakamoto wanting to continue on with hide and seek. |

| I dont like Mai tbh. Horrible friend and she aint that funny either. Like theres a limit to how much of a pain you can be. She doesnt have any plus points to back it up except maybe that she came on terms with Nanos secret and didnt reveal it to other classmates (i.e. if they dont have a rough idea already). Thats the only decent thing she has done yet. Yukko tho. Like. Pls Mai has done far worse things, just tell it to Mio and she will do something about it. Now the difference between the two. Yukko makes up for it with her humane nature. Also her jokes tend to be more goofy and silly, and not so "oh-I-own-the-world" kind. Meh. Mio is the best I swear. Every part with her has been gold. |

| This was a real solid episode. Actually stuck with a story for almost the entire time. Not that I think the series should do that. But it's a nice change of pace. Plus Mio finally snapping under the insanity of her friends is always hilarious. I did feel kind of bad for Yukko at the end I guess. But she kind of brings it on herself. There's not a whole lot left of this show. Kind of curious if it will actually do some interesting plot/character shit in the home stretch. As long as it keeps being funny and inventive, I don't care one way or the other though. What a fun ride this has been. |

| I once said I wished Mio would be characterized a little more from her straight man / absurd / angry caricature and I don't know if she was, or she grew on me, but I take that point back at this point. I enjoy her very much. She's obsessed with being right when it comes to her niche obsessions, she has become open about drawing her BL manga with help from her friends, she's normally casual but can get pushed to insanity with the smallest of things(the smallest of things being pretty obnoxious in the world of Nichijou) and she's a honestly nice person reaching out to greet Nano when she first joined the class, or by realizing when she's wrong and putting it full stop rather than someone like Yuuko who'll (often) fight until she's right or crumble in defeat giving up. The entire manga scene must have been the longest and most intricate scenario yet. It went on for 10+ minutes and had a myriad of jokes all to do with it. Mai disobeying Mio, Yuuko's ink mistake and her attempts to fix it, Yuuko's pen stab, Nano's embarrassment upon reading the BL, Yuuko's drawn out help, and Mio's uncalled for anger. I don't think we've had a scenario this long and packed with jokes before. If we have this is at the least one of the longest as I said before. It's something to note and something I greatly appreciate. Sasahara running slowly, casually and elegantly from a heated tank Misato was hilarious. Sakamoto getting caught from his tail being out of his hiding place and thinking "Luck is a scary thing" is the most Sakamoto thing he could possibly do. |

| Mio's doujin hobby is one of my favorite things about this show. It's so ridiculous and it always makes for a hilarious time. |

| the manga story in this episode reminds me exactly why i can't come to love this show. some of the individual parts within each episode are just so dragged out it makes it unbearable. i get the dragging out of certain scenes is used for comic effect but more often than not they just ruin whatever funny stuff was happening by making it way longer than it needed to be. the animation in this show is great and at it's best the show is very funny but it's just very inconsistent. |
| One of the weaker episodes. Like many people already said, the ending part felt a bit dragged out. At least Mai's drawings and Hakase's Hide 'n Seek were pretty funny. |
