| i thought that this was gonna be some typical shounen crap where no one gets killed, but vera massacred everyone... impressive especially when she killed madoka(?), that was nice, to kill her while she was crying... nice touch |

| Nothing can adequately describe what happened here. What a turn? And the carnage... Pretty amazing actually. The author's unconventional and daring to say the least. RIP Madoka. Definitely one of the most sympathetic characters in the series and probably my favorite. |

| Hey Zer0, Chill now man! I agree with you that Madoka and Lightning Tiger are the favs here, for me aswell.. But now if you take a look at the chapter again, where Vera massacred everyone. I dont think she killed Madoka... first of all she was crying because she made her toughest decision.. I dont think she killed Madoka only made her unconscious. We will just have to wait. And also they didnt find Lightning Tigers dead body, just some random bones where sent to his disciple when they announced his death, he might just have disappeared to appear at the right moment... |

| The turns in this manga are crazy, brutal, and legitimately unpredictable. The death scene with Madoka was handled awesomely, too. I sincerely hope we get a Part 2. This set-up is tremendous. |

| This is my nth time reading Veritas, but this is the first time it made me cry. Something about Hyunmi's character finally resonated with me & Madoka, while she wasn't my favorite person, definitely made my sympathize. Even Guhoo dying was pretty sad. R.I.P. Hyunmi, the only real "protagonist" of this series. |
