| If it's just a regular day then cereals & fruit, sometimes I go out for a full English breakfast. If I'm in a rush though maybe a pasta pot or something else from town. |

| Just some piece of chocolate cake for early shifts. If I go to my my workplace, then a second breakfast with some filled Brötchen (bun) (with either Schnitzel, salami or egg or cheese) and a smoothie from the company breakfast counter. If I have late shifts, I usually eat chocolate-chips styled cornflakes with Greek-styled yoghurt. Every second weekend or when I have vacations, I get myself some small Laugenstange (pretzel [bread] stick) for the most part with blueberries. |

| I have vague memories of answering a thread like this less than a year ago, but my answer is still the same: a bowl of Shredded Wheat & Bran with some fruit added + a small portion of unsalted mixed nuts + a portion of skyr. I usually don't eat lunch. |
