This episode was incredibly grim..

Iyo's tragic end due to that despicable stalker, and then that other fan assuming her identity... I mean, she's gone. This version of her isn't even real. Is this guy seriously giving up his own identity to become her? It's honestly very unsettling. At least the stalker got what he deserved with that beatdown. It's a small semblance of justice for the real Iyo.

Watching Goro fangirl over Iyo was amusing, right up until he collapsed, eyes bleeding. These penalties are taking a severe toll on him. One of these days, he might not make it through this...

I kinda expect a twist to be that that god candidate fan is actually a stalker and a cause of idol's suicide but he doesn't realize this so he think other person (bomber) is a stalker instead.

From the beginning of the episode I was totally ready for the generic overdone "idols actually have it really hard and the industry is terrible" message, but I was actually really surprised with how original it felt and how much the twist candidate reveal surprised me.

The edge continues...

Damn, what a weird ass twist. What are the implications of changing your entire identity, even your gender, to devote yourself wholly to someone's memory?

So does she count as a Trap?
I hope the karma he's receiving is because he brought her back to life or something.

The very first thing he was doing in the show was watching her on his phone, which is covered in stickers of her.

So, this actually did have a more interesting twist than the other episodes.
I wonder what he used his power for though? Hopefully, it was more than just getting a shout-out from the idol. As that seems a pretty harsh punishment for such a minor thing, lol.

Finally some more karma business with his powers, I have been wondering about the consequences for some of the recent conflicts.

Goro has gone insane over his idol of Futana Iyo, and since he has purchased 2 tickets, getting either Sawa or Chiyo doesn't help, and instead picks the student council president out for some relieve. To be expected, he picks up where the Little Angel left off with his power since he's able to see Lall, though he has no intention of ever killing anyone. Goro becomes a stalker, though the high-profile idol is at the cusp of having her concert be cancelled due to a bomb scare.

Instead, Lall cuts the BS and asks Iyo to reveal her true colours, which the true assailant was hiding outside. The real story of the idol killing herself due to a stalker, the fan who noticed her took her being and fused with his to create a diversion to take all of her burdens and continue the late idol's legacy as an imitation.

Oh well, Iyo got saved, but Goro compensated for his bleeding eyes since his wish got fulfilled, but what's the consequence this time?

Looks like Ono brought Iyo back to life because that's some colossal karma he's racking up, like when he revived Sawa-san.

That was actually a really interesting twist. I'm not sure I've seen that before where someone becomes someone else entirely and willingly rather than just merely imitating them plus it actually is a believable thing a big fan might do basically minimizing their own existence for someone else they adore.

Seemed pretty clear the bomber was the stalker. The guy had ran into him just before finding Iyo-chan's body so red guy was last to see her alive. Back stage meet and greets are a thing sometimes so just because he had a gift didnt mean he was a stalker.

While that could make sense it doesnt really fit what Iyo-chan said in thanking him for cheering her up (about being not the original). It might be just an effect from when he used his power in the previous episodes.

Frankly this anime isn't that bad, it really grows on you.

I like the fact that the guy impersonating her doesn't even have a real design for his true self.
But bleeding by the eyes just because he saved a killer stalker, that sucks... that's what you get for helping a piece of sh*t lol
