| Recently, as I am sure you've seen, many anime fans have realised that their favourite show should mathematically be the one they've seen the most episodes of, due to the fact it's almost impossible to hate watch such an episode count. Harvard mathmaticians have concluded that the show you've seen the most episodes of is objectively your faourite anime as even if your favourite anime is only 24 episodes long, you would have rewatched it enough to compete with the giant series that you've also consumed. If you find yourself looking and seeing the thing you think is your favourite at only 12 or 24 episodes seen, 0 rewatches, whereas you've seen all of One Piece, then One Piece is likely your actual favouroite anime, once we remove your delusions. So my question is what is your favourite anime and what is the anime that you've seen the most episodes of in total (watches + rewatches). |

| JoJo series I think. I we count only on watching all the episodes. I have several series I've "rewatched" every season but only good episodes, or the best parts. Just recently this morning, I watched the third episode of Kubo-san since the little brother is so cute. I can't call that as rewatch and add it as a rewatch on my list. That would be cheating the system. |

| I watched 564 episodes of Naruto and I genuinely believe it to be the single greatest waste of time in my life. I hated it. And why did I watch it? Because I feel this obsessive-compulsive need to finish things that I start. My favorite anime? Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid with just 27 full episodes. No re-watches. I just happen to like it and to force myself to say I didn't is frankly ridiculous. I need no justification for what my brain likes and what it doesn't. My most re-watched anime is probably either Spirited Away or Laputa, because I watched them so many times as a kid. These are actually in my top favorites for nostalgia, mostly. |

| My favourite anime is probably Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon with 2 seasons + some specials, so around 27eps in total, I haven't re-watched it either. The anime I have spent the most time watching is Naruto: Shippuuden with 500 eps + even more if you count its prequel. I don't have a most re-watched anime because I haven't started re-watching anime yet. |

| On absolute numbers i think it's NGE but that's because i've seen it for the first time something like 8 years ago, while i've seen FLCL for the first time around 6 months ago and already rewatched it three times. But it has less than 1/4 of the episodes, does this comparison makes any sense? |

Seen around 10+ reaction series in Youtube Bleach TYBW - One watch, over 20 reaction youtube, few analyses + was reading Manga at college during lectures, when it was airing so I was fresh with what is gonna to happen + analyses of Flame of Rebirth youtube + his discord discussions and debates about the episodes. Bleach TYBW Seperation - Same as with Part 1, but it will be in summer of this year. Movie 1 of Bleach - One watch, 5+ Reactions youtube Movie 2 of Bleach - One watch, 1-2 reactions Movie 3 of Bleach - One watch, 1-2 reactions Movie 4 of Bleach - One watch, 5+ reactions Bleach Ova - 2 watches, 1-3+ reactions Cyberpunk Edgerunners - One watch [JP], One watch [PL Dub], 10+ reactions Ace of Diamond - One watch, Ayola xzone reactions. Around 1/3 of my whole episode counts are just Bleach rewatches 16x366 = 5856 episodes. Considering that I've watched again for the same amount of Canon episodes [very possible tbh that I've seen them that much as in Primary School/Middle School when I was bored and had nothing to watch while eating I was repeating the Soul Society arc or Hueco Mundo arc etc.] -> 166 [I am counting here also 342 and 343 episodes as they are mixed canon] x 16 = 2656 Reactions are not counted in Mal but in that case -> 26560 "episodes" [For those who might not believe that I found around 10 reactions: Heisuten -> He was recording with Rice till Arrancar arc than later separated [Rice Reacts past nick was Lil Chinq], Dee Bee Geek Sama DBG has deleted already due to copystrikes, JamiUwu [SuperMechaFrieza], Rice Reacts, Struckbybelz, Neel Desai, According to Lucky, Black Genie, Helwa, Kejsi] -> 35072 episode counts when it comes only to Bleach Season 1 watches x) If we would count Reaction watches in Mal than most likely around 90-95% of my whole episode count including Reactions on Youtube it would be only Bleach Now for the neat part, if I'll take all my Reactions watches from Youtube, Rewatches of Sub-Arcs, Rewatches of Whole Bleach etc. which are 35072 "episodes" and if I will divide it through all 366 episodes including Fillers here: 35072/366= 95,825. I've almost "seen" whole Bleach 96 times. + I am in process of watching 3 another Reactions -> Brian x Stephanie [Began Soul Society Arc], Awake Productions [She is in the same pace as BrianSteph] and Project Senpai [Soon they'll begin Hueco Mundo arc]. so I am not done with Bleach yet. | Favorite: Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters Most Episodes: Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters (I've rewatched the first 2-3 seasons more times then i can count, i saw them all the time on Cartoon Network, i had them on dvd as a kid, i do a rewatch every couple years, but i never cared for the last 2 seasons.) Most Rewatched: Strawberry Marshmallow, i've rewatched it about 7 or 8 times. It holds a special place for me. |

| Most Total Episodes Seen: DragonBall/Z/GT/Super 641 Episodes + 22 Movies x 2 watches = 33,052min of watch time or 22days and 22hours of my life. Surprisingly enough, I still haven't seen the "new" Broly Movie (New in quotations because it's over 4 years old at this point, lol) Series that I have rewatched the most: Baccano! with 15+ rewatches which equals out to about ~240 episodes watched |
| I've re-watched Clannad at least 4 times. Thats what, like 190 episodes? But I also re-watched Attack on Titan once which equals around 200 episodes. |

| Steins;Gate for me then rewatched it 2 or 3 times, beat the original VN twice and even beat Steins;Gate ELITE. So yeah relived the series several times. Most of my favorites I have rewatched at least once so there is that as well. |

For this I'll just choose Hidamari Sketch x 365 as my favorite. Hunter X Hunter is the most episodes that I watched, as I skipped a lot of the filler in Bleach. All of my rewatches are only once, twice counting the first watch. |

| My most rewatched series is definitely Jojo. Ive seen every part at least 5 times each, some parts 10 times, except for part 6. I was obsessed with JJBA for 6 years straight and would watch it all the time so I'm taking a bit of a break from it. But my favorite anime would probably be Monster. |

| My favourite anime is Bocchi the Rock (12 episodes) and my second favourite is Yama no Susume (technically seen 90 episodes or so, but most of those are very short). The anime I've seen the most episodes of would technically be Katsudou Shashin since I once rewatched it 4300 times at 64x speed, but it's only 3 seconds long. The anime I've spent the most total time watching is Aikatsu (434 episodes watched in total with 30 of those episodes being shorts). You say you can't hate watch a long anime, but although I loved Aikatsu! and liked Aikatsu Stars as well, the later seasons I honestly didn't like and was just watching mostly out of sunk cost fallacy and partly just as a hate watch. I'd imagine a lot of people's longest completed anime they only completed because of sunk cost. If you really loved the first 400 episodes of Naruto you're in too deep to quit even if the last 300 you know are going to be shit. |
