| Fun and horny second episode, and it wasn't like super creepy or anything. Gojo is so humorously awkward, and Kitagawa is so non-chalent. The whole episode breaks gender norms. They also reveal that they are not as simple as they appear when he goes to measure her inseam. Pretty cool stuff! |
| The animation was fantastic all throughout the episode and especially on Marin's body and her booba. I've never seen boobs animated so realistically in a fanservice anime. This show is different from what I expected. Not really sure why such a random ecchi anime reached such mainstream appeal. It's also not marked as ecchi which makes me upset. 4/5 episode, I'm too old for this. |

| My reaction was weirder than Gojo’s! What did Marin even say at the start of the episode…? I don’t mean I didn’t understand. I mean… Huuuh?! Seriously?? She’s obsessed with a girl who gets…! Okay okay, I didn’t hear anything. π Honestly, Gojo’s hobby seems way tamer compared to what Marin said. If someone told me that in real life, I might actually refer them to a therapist (just kidding). Another opinion: I really dislike long nails. They’re kind of… well, I won’t say anything more. Just a personal preference—I know some people love that style. Marin, please ditch those nails... I won’t even comment on the scenes in this episode. Like seriously, do you want me to comment on a girl’s body measurements? πππ But okay, quick question: is saying “I’m in my swimsuit” any different than saying “I’m in my underwear”? In the Arab world, this kind of thing isn’t really a thing at all. For a lot of important reasons—one of them being, not that it matters much, but we don’t even have seas in most cities anyway! Anyway… this frame right here? This is a man of struggle! A warrior! He worked hard and he’s a role model to every guy resisting his temptations.  |

| So apparently Marin wants to cosplay as a character from one of her favourite games but not from any kind of game, this character is from an ergo game. Something that Gojo of course has no idea what that even means as well as a lot of things just going over his head which quite honestly it just reminds me of conversations I’ve had with my mates where they always talk about stuff I’ve either haven’t played or watched or just stuff that just seems VERY beyond the norm of conversation at least for me. More specifically High School DXD is a topic that always comes up and it honestly never is a straightforward conversation about that particular anime, it’s always a mixture of me feeling confused and anxious cuz I have no idea where the topic in question is gonna go. Anyways I admire Marin for being somebody who’s very cheerful and open about her interests and just very giddy at the idea that Gojo is gonna make her a cosplay from scratch. In Gojo’s mind he thinks she’ll wait but nope she’s there at his doorstep, goes straight into his room making herself at home and literally undresses herself down to a bikini top making poor Gojo incredibly uncomfortable. XD I can sympathise for him because he was having to a lot of measurements I mean it’s perfectly normal to do measurements whilst doing tailored work but the moment you have all these distractions then yeah Gojo’s not gonna be able to focus on the job he’s got in front of him. Plus Gojo then played the game for research purposes and the face that his Grandpa had upon seeing his grandson be in his room playing that game and also taking notes must have been quite an evening for him. Very funny episode so far so good for me. |
| I hope those two stylists come back into the picture and take Wakana shopping. That or he gets dragged into one of Marin’s shoots. I don’t want to go through another season seeing a teenager dressing like a 70 yo grandpa. |
| it was a bit too much to have a whole episode about the measuring. okay, he's socially awkward, she's very pretty but... idk, maybe this is where i'm just too old for high school romance. the point where she got embarrassed could turn into an interesting plot point. but i'm not holding my breath. anime is not usually that deep for discussions like this. |

| Fanservice, the anime coming to you live on TV! Jokes aside at least this episode is better than the last, I am honestly curious to see where this series is going aside from all the god damn ecchi scenes so I'll continue watching for now |

This episode was funny as hell. I know the mangaka did exactly what he wanted, but it honestly felt like a full-on fetish checklist π. I don’t even know how bro managed to hit so many boxes in a single episode ππ. That aside, it was hilarious — watching his innocence go into overdrive while the story actually progressed was great. Realising he was the only one thinking indecently while genuinely trying to make her dreams come true added a nice layer to it.
The four plot points so far are clear: him trying to make a friend, chasing his own dreams, helping her achieve hers, and that moment where she finally gets shy — it really humanised her. But at the same time, there are girls like her out there, so even her acting that way feels oddly realistic.

My online feeds have women constantly posing in skimpy bikinis and similar outfits, which admittedly, I have some admiration for because the mere thought of someone I know seeing me in a swimsuit triggers my neurosis quite a bit. Honestly, there's a point where being in a bikini becomes second nature for some people, and if you're in an environment where you see near naked people on a regular basis, it's not as big a deal. Like, obviously, I know the intent, but I didn't think Marin was acting that weird. If I looked that good and had that body confidence, I'd casually pose that way on a bed too. |
