| I haven't seen the recent hentai. Not for five years at least. I'm not counting the hentai I've re-watched. I don't know if they have worsened, improved or whatever. I intend to return to hentai and watch a lot of it again. But I still have TV series to catch up to, a little under 100 chinese ONA from the 2010s to watch. Me being a seasonal watcher is also a factor. |

| I wish utter hell on Honey Bee for introducing that garbage to hentai. They have ruined the adaptations of so many great doujin. At this point, I openly wish none of my favorite doujin get adapted. Honey Bee has blood on their hands. |

| I believe that the newest hentai that I have is Dark Love, which if I remember correctly does the fast animation thing. Maybe 2005 was the beginning of the end, along with modern hantei rarely being seen uncensored, let alone get a quirky/self-aware English dub? |

| Yea, bunch of terrible animated hentai now, that's why I stopped watching them since 2017. I think back then, Pineapple is the only one that is producing some good quality but the genre they're doing are kinda repetitive a lot so I quit. I've switched to watching JAV now, I wish they make more with subtitles |

The only Hentai that get a good budget and multiple installments are NTR and rape titles now. Vanilla adaptions are almost always animated terribly and look like shit. The odd time you get one that actually got a budget but that's very rare. Not to mention the fact episodes have been reduced to 15 minutes on average so sex scenes are even shorter than ever. |

| Not sure what happened to hentai, to be honest. I switched to almost exclusively reading h.manga myself. Anyway, I hope it's at least good business for someone, because some newer hentai looks pretty bad. It's more like a motion comic than a real animation. |

| Yeah most animated hentai I have not been a fan of. If I want hentai I just stick to hmanga. Standards were probably better in the 80's and 90's due to the OVA market. |
