I wonder who Gaius can trust at this point...probably no one except himself.

A slow paced development episode. If I was Gaius, I'd be careful of my next move since he has enemies. He isn't 100% either after that injury.

I regret promising myself to never drop anime shows after I dropped one.

Since this show continues to be a boring useless piece of shit of a show.

Thank god its 12 AM at the time I'm seeing this. It's actually useful at making me sleepy for bedtime so it does have some purpose.

whelp much lesser boring episode but still most of the powerups doesnt make any sense to me, especially they brought up some useless dialogue during battle that really makes the battle even less tense. And later followed by a lot of conversation which seems like there was even more things happened than I thought. Overall, this is just another boring episode and anyway this brings end the arc and apparently from the look of pv, another new villain will be showing up...

The fight scene was great, displaying Gaius' quick-thinking and Gigina's brute strength. I also felt a bit sad that Nidvolk died before the series reached the halfway mark. It would have been great if she had become a recurring antagonist. Molden reveals that he set up the whole scene as part of his plan to keep balance between the nations of the world, meaning that Gaius and Gigina were just pawns to him, even if they survived. This will likely generate conflict for our heroes in the future, as they don't approve of Molden's actions.

The true intentions of Cardinal Mouldeen are realized...that's it's a battle between Gayus and Gigina as pawns of his game against his ideals and the Winged Generals.

A new enemy resurfaces...the start of a new arc...

And as always, the story starts making sense, but there's still a lot of infodump out there, so not gonna keep my hopes high...

My goodness, that was such a boring fight. There was lots of infodump near the end. Gayus and Gigina are just pawns for Cardinal Mouldeen's ideals. Looks like there's going to be a new enemy.

*Dragon wife kills multiple Juushikists just to get to the two*

MC: why didn't you go for my lover Jiv?
Dragon wife: coz she's innocent

Lmao

There was no power up, that was Helodel's technique, remember when they're talking at the bar? It seems to be a difficult and dangerous spell that's way he wouldn't use it no matter what but he tricked the dragon who seems to be carrying her husband's flesh. The two somehow made her not be able to evade coz the attack would hit her husband's flying chunk of meat lol yeah ikr it's pretty hard to digest, they could've done better in showing it, I hardly see it and had to watch that scene a second time, the place their fighting is quite dark, the choreography is a little too fast and the POV is zoomed in.

Terrible fight direction at it's finest

That guy in the after credits scene sounds like Ishida Akira. MASAKA??? KATSURA IS COMING NEXT EPISODE???

Jokes aside things look pretty shitty tbh. The villain doesn't seem to be a villain at all and I don't understand what frikking "purpose" is Gigina talking about that they have. The hell are they doing? Why are they right? Why should I support them? Why am I sympathising with the villain? Why am I watching this?

So many questions, so little answers...

What a lame turn of events...
Dragon woman Nidvolk was strong tho...
Look like the Cardinal Mouldeen is even a greater threat!
3/5.

Honestly, this was probably the best episode yet, which is kinda sad since this episode wasn't all that good. I did somewhat enjoy the fight scene, couldn't really care less about all the boring dialogue though.

died, revive; died, revive; died, revive; and finally the dragón gave the opportunity of being kiled, it´s better say, to "commit suicide" !!!
I suppose that the politic development is a little complicated for the episode 5, when we are not familiar with the different races/kingdoms/religions!!!!

Why revive him? You just set yourself up to be defeated that way. I'd say classic villain mistake but this was worse.

I actually liked this anime... It was so funny the special detective Jinjurikist or whatever they called themselves was such a good joke. I wanted to find this anime again so bad after that... Ahh good times.
