Im Not Sure About Anything Yet!? After Some Episodes My Opinions Might Be Changed Since There Is Only 1 Episode Got Released We Don't Know What's Gonna Come Next.

I'll go straight to the point: The show is good enough to make me buy all of its visual novels (called Nope Nope Nurses on Steam). I don't regret doing so. What makes the show that good?

I agree with another reviewer that Sakusei Byoutou gives off the vibe of 90s to early 2000s hentai. Its sinister atmosphere is something that's been lost in many modern hentai shows. Even its visual novels and manga, although quite good on their own, still struggle to deliver the same atmosphere. I'd love the heavy use ... of dark colors for the show, as this suits the story more than the lighter colors in visual novels.

Each episode features a different nurse. The character designs are quite diverse, so you won't find any repitition. I love the more sinister nurses, such as Kurokawa, Kiritani or Numajiri, as their vibes match the atmosphere of this story. And in visual novels, those three are the ones being able to keep such vibes till the end. If Tachibana somehow turns into a heroine in the later half of the visual novels, you can see Kurokawa as an anti-heroine. She might be on "good" side (I mean, the protagonist's side), but she's still as cunning as ever. Episode 7 really does her dirty. In visual novels, Yamaguchi is the one who reveals the dark side of Kiritani to Yamada. Kurokawa has never been the type standing up to you, so what she did in Episode 7 is way out of her character. To me, that's a minus for the show. In other hand, Hiramatsu is way better in the show than the novels, and the protagonist is also less annoying.

Each episode is only 15 minutes long, so it's hard to tell the story in details. Limited budget is another issue, but I think Sakusei Byoutou did try its best to catch my attetion and keep me interested up to now. I completed its viusal novels, but I'm still looking forward to more episodes. I still suggest you read its visual novels, for better character development, more backstories of each nurse and a quite satisfying ending (something that won't be included in this show, considering its budget).

It's strange that my first review on this site is a hentai review. I've seen many better shows than this. However, I'm still glad to recommend this show to you all. Maybe there's still hope for the hentai industry, which has gone downhill in recent years.

NOTE: I checked vndb and saw that the first part of its visual novels was released on April 30, 2021 (at the same time as this show) and the final part on October 28, 2022. So, manga and anime are based on visual novel, but not vice versa.

Sakusei Byoutou, aka. Semen Extraction Ward is about nurses who wring a guy's nuts dry cause he has a condition where he generates too much cum. He can't masturbate since he broke his hand, and the nurse in charge absolutely hates his fucking guts because of it. That being said, this is a pretty good setup for a femdom fetish.

It's quite refreshing to see the deviation of the warm-caring nurse trope play out in this way. It's a different way approach to portraying unwilling sex without relying on the overused rape and blackmail mechanisms. Sure, it might seem strange for someone who absolutely despises you ... to take the lead in sex without a significant motivator for it, but it makes sense in this context since it's her job. She has a duty to take care of him, but his patient care is literally making his ding dong go pew pew. It's preposterous and our nurse makes it very clear she didn't sign up for this.

Story is pretty straightforward and has generally same vibe as the game and manga it is derived from. The first episode covers the entirety of the Nurse Tachibana arc, the one who absolutely hates our little MC boy's guts. Though it takes a couple shortcuts that dramatically undercuts the hatred this nurse has.

If the manga version is 10/10 hatred, this hentai is only 6/10 hatred. The main difference being the unawareness of his condition in the manga, so Tachibana was forced into this with a strong, "I don't get paid enough for this," vibe. So, all the times where he's egging her on about greater stimulation, she gets even more irritated at this fact. That doesn't translate quite well to the hentai cause of the general awareness. The fact of the matter is this kid is getting laid and doesn't even appreciate it, even though the nurse is doing all of this unwillingly. Makes it very easy to hate the guy and feel for the nurse which makes her scathing remarks satisfying to see.

One good thing about this though is that it actually covers the entirety of the Tachibana arc. They could have easily spread it out to two episodes, but they managed to wrap it up neatly in a single one.

Unfortunately, as unique as this theme is, this is very clearly a low budget hentai. Soundtrack sounds like some alien shit at times and the art is muddy with all the large pastel splotches for coloring. Sex is also pretty basic until the very end where Tachibana goes full Amazon and plunges some kind of prostate sex toy into his ass. If you want to see some femdom rape-y vibes without actual rape, this is worth checking out if only for its approach to the matter.
