A Hentai Good Enough To Read With Both Hands (Up-To-Date)
Without exaggeration, this is a generational work up there with the likes of Dragon Ball. This is generally not my scene, but after coming across a post on Twitter placing this with Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Jujutsu Kaisen, I can safely say that it is deserving of a much higher spot. As someone who hasn't delved into anime or manga in years, this may just reinvigorate my interest.
For those with eyes to see, the excellence of the illustrations are of no surprise. Seeing as this is an adaptation of a well-known work it is not

shocking that it has received a grand endorsement from the original creator and in my opinion exceeds expectations to even replace the works of the All-Ages manga (don't ask me how that works), the steam game and the animation. Beyond sex, this illustrates effective emotional and horrific moments that you would never associate with this type of genre. Alongside some of the richest characters to grace a hentai manga, I was shocked to have as much investment in the characters as I did.
This sole aspect is why I would recommend this to anyone, since the characters and the quality of the writing should be in consideration alongside other well-known manga. The disdain, hatred, and sadistic nature of these nurses and their interactions with each other create interesting relationships between them with the main character as a proxy for those rich interactions. The designs of the nurses also saw improvements compared to its predecessors making it hard to see these characters outside of how they are designed here. The newly appearing character archetypes we see week by week as new nurses come in also provide an interesting twist to every couple of chapters being very reminiscent of common anime tropes but done with a creative and cunning ingenuity. This manga has MOMENTS that I will remember for years down the line for their significance, hilarity, and effect on later events in the story.
The only faults I can give to this are that I am not a fan of shota in general as I would much prefer seeing a pathetic loser of a man rather than a boy that can be seen as a victim. A major focus of this manga is to revel in the torture that this boy is experiencing, but it can sometimes be too much when this icky element is present rather than being happy that in some part, the protagonist deserved it. Additionally, since it is still ongoing, I cannot give it a 10 as it does have the potential of overstaying its welcome if it does come to that, but with the quality of the writing so far, I cannot point to a reason why it wouldn't stick the landing.
This manga has my highest endorsement and is enjoyable even without any sexual interest or intentions as the narrative is truly what will make me come back.
