Synopsis

A Hong Kong crime boss contracts Lupin, Fujiko and Jigen to recover a legendary dragon statue that sunk with the Titanic. Unfortunately for them, the dragon is a treasure of Goemon's clan, said to have power exceeding that of his Zantetsuken sword; he resolves to protect the statue at all costs, even if it means killing his old friends.

I'm writing this for people who are already familiar with Lupin III so if you aren't search up reviews for the main series instead.

Story: The second in the Lupin franchise's long string of 90s mediocrity. The plot is really something for a 25 minute episode, not a 90 minute special. It you look through the episode list for Red Jacket, I can guaranteed you'll find can episode just like this.

Art: The art is nice, but in shots they zoom out, it looks a bit off. The animation isn't very good either. Very average overall.

Sound: Again just the average Lupin stuff.

Character: Average, but probably read more
